One twisted concoction, magnificently vain.
To Sanam, Aahil is not predictable, Generically dribbling raindrops and rays of sun is portrayed. But he is not the usual, he is twisted but he is magnificent and so self absorbed at times, he is vain.
Unbroken but shattered, beautifully fragile
Grasping that tug, entwined till exile.
She discovers he doesn't break easily but he is shattered from within and his heart is fragile and beautiful. That heart she tugged and he grasped to it/her. Promising He would hold on to that feeling of love and remain entwined only to Sanam till death, hence the exile

One dusting sand dunes, other sighing aftermath.
One day Sanam finds him in his breakeven state, when he is as usual telling her all in twisted lines, that he is to let her go, he struggles with sentences and he gives her random words " You, I ... that US... "but then takes a deep breathe and says "You deserve happiness and I am over, so I am setting you free."
He fumbles struggling to speak, " He is a good man, he will keep you happy... and why not after all You love Rehan."
Something snaps inside her, Sanam sees his unshed tears, he laughs defeated and stifles a broken cry.."I can never be the one you wish for!"
Sanam understands he is hurting but she is responsible, So she clears things. Screams at him that he is wrong. He knows nothing, and he never said so how was she know. Hence the lines - One dusting sand dunes - Sanam is dusting the huge misunderstanding he has created for himself. And he is sighing in relieved aftermath.
That dark canvas, black sky I just kissed.
Welcoming outbreak, glittering eclipse!
Finally coming to terms with what he just gave away, seeing him crumble in front of her, she cups his face and brushes her lips with his. She calls him her black sky.
Meaning, Not just star or moon or sun, the entire sky. Even though it's a dark canvas she will draw color on it.

These are the most clear lines, they break down in each other's arms. He has told her everything till now but not worded the magic words but she does not wait, she says them first. And he confesses too.

She knows how fragile he is, how shattered, delicate and vulnerable he actually is and she is shielding him for life. She will caress his past. She welcomes him with all his baggage.
And she has now realized every thing she had purposely been ignorant of.
