I recall Dilshad in the earlier episodes mistaking Rehaan for Aahil. When she had a heart attack, Sanam mentioned that Aahil paid for the treatment. Dilshaad had mistakenly thanked Rehaan for that. They've obviously never been properly introduced. Would that be a reason for Dilshaad agreeing to the nikaah thinking it's with Rehaan all this while. Just a thought !
