What happened?
After that washing machine fiasco, even when she ranted, "How can someone be so bad?", R comforted and cheered her up.
That was definitely cried out as ARI left her after almost blurting out his love, and she was still just recovering from a near-death-experience, her emotions high.
In her saner moments, would she not have recalled his impassioned words of always thinking about her, seeing her everywhere, coming back for her always, never leaving her, etc.
Confusion, sure.

I suppose something is going to happen and he may be reacting out of jealousy and petulance when it's a cry out loud for 'Why don't you love me? ' For someone who always took what he wanted, he's torn about Rehan.
