I agree Tia. I think the story would go this way only. Rehan falling for Sanam and declaring his love to Dilshad, Tanveer and Aahil was for this. The confidence with which he said 'Sanam sirf meri hogi' had some kinda shady-ness in it. He was so confident that without proposing Sanam he went directly to Dilshad and Tanveer. And he had already told Aahil about his love for Sanam. This would possibly turn him against Aahil also.

But Ritzuuu such characters are required for the realisation of love. 😆 And these two idiots, esp Sanam needs her to realise her love just like Aahil did. If not Rehan he would have never admitted, even to himself that he loves Sanam.
