Yes G - there are 2 wills. First one (older by date) where everything was named to Tannu. This might be the time when the Nawab had fallen for Tannu and married her.

Over time when he realized how things truly were with the psycho lady, he may have changed the will and handed it over to his mother for safe keeping.

After killing him, Tannu may have found out that the property is not hers and hence she took Ahil's jurm (not truly his) on her head and went to jail presuming Nawab would have named everything to his only son. This would basically make Ahil her pawn for life.

However, I think that Badi Begum who is parallel to Badi Bi in season 2 would have made announcement to Tannu in jail that just having Ahil in her control is not enough. You know how these stupid old ladies have a penchant for laying their cards out in the open.

After BB's challenge, Tannu put her sister on the task of getting the will out of BB and set herself on the path of completely controlling Ahil, just in case.

Now like in the movie Beta - the will will put everything in the name of Ahil's wife. This will lead to Sahil nikah...

so may be sahil contract marriage on the cards or billi will find a fake girl to marry aahil for property

I haven't watched the episode yet. But, I was intrigued by your post, the title and the reference to Agatha Christie. So, I decided to drop in.😊 I will come back after I have caught up with the episodes.

So, do we assume that Will 2 (corresponding to Fact A) was made later in point of time after the Nawab found out about Tanveer's machinations? That would also explain Badi Begum's insistence on the Will being located by Sanam before Tanveer lays her hands on it.

Otherwise, if Will 1 (corresponding to Fact B) is the last-made will, it will prevail over Will 2. Will 2 (with Ahil & wife as beneficiaries) will override Will 1 only if Tanveer & Co. are unable to get Will 1 probated (for instance, because of evidence that they used undue influence or coercion to get the Nawab to execute Will 1). Ah, interesting!

Also, do forgive my curiosity. As a new viewer, I am unaware of the details of the story so far. So, I have a few questions:

1. Was Tanveer in prison for killing the Nawab or for killing Zoya, Asad and family? Or did she never get caught for killing Zoya, Asad and family?

2. When Badi Begum hid the will, was Tanveer in prison? Is that why the "& Co." part of "Tanveer & Co" were entrusted the task of getting the will from Badi Begum?
