Hey Anku! All well your side, hopefully? :)
So glad we got an update this quick. Coming to the story.. You'd really left us on a hook there, Mad'm.. But I guess that's the fun, innit? To make us all excited and make imagine all the possibilities of how things will fall into place..
Now this chapter shows the depth of each character too. Zoe knows how Akdu loses all brain cells in his rage and doesn't really keep track of the bullshit he let's loose from his angry mouth. knows how he'd be guilt-ridden for his hurtful words thrown at her in a moment of rage. That he'd be hurting too for hurting her so. But she lets him be. Wants him to acknowledge the reasoning she provided, the fact that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, the truth that she's as much a part of their family and cares for their well-being. But despite all this, she's upset. Somewhere her insecurities and her deepest fears come to surface and she's left wondering in despair of the possibility if his words being true. She wants to dunk the thought, avoid it and doesn't want to take her mind to the route most feared. Brilliant, Anku! (Y) Such a deep analysis of her character here.
Morning madness is now a preferred routine eh, Mr Khan? Why, you've fallen for the easy, amative bonding that oozes in the form of craziness at breakfasts in the Khan Villa! Awh, Come Aanu and the atmosphere isn't that thick anymore! Babies are such blessings, I tell you! Just a look at them and they get us enchanted by their aura. The innocence, the carefree attitude, their li'l affectionately adorable gestures are what one would buy in exchange for the whole world!
Dilshad, another strong persona, is truly a lady of Affection, Charm, Dignity, Elegance, Morals, Respect, Values and Warmth! She has layers to her personality that she unwinds and unfolds and reveals in times of need. She's not a selfish mother who'd side her son even if he's wrong. She's a sensible woman who knows how to deal with a cranky son and side her daughter in law with the same cordiality and support, she'd her son/daughter. Asking Asad to wait and to let him know too that she's upset with his rudeness to Zoe, letting AsYa know she's there for her and is important to the family just as Asad. There, Ammi! You always reach a level higher than I expect you to! Luv ya! ;)
Now comes to the rescue of her Bhaijaan, our dearest Tamatar. Silently supporting her Bhaijaan by caring for him while others in the family take no notice(deliberately of course), Najma lets him know she's there for her Bhaijaan if he needs her. Force-feeding Asad and talking to him in the thick silence surrounding them is unexplicably supportive and admirably appreciative! In the midst of all this, AsYa don't forget to worry about each other. They're not hungry but they want to make sure the other isn't empty on stomach. The little note left for Zoya by Asad was thoughtful. Wish she'd sone something alike for him too. But Asad gets to know anyways, courtesy Tamatar! When Aanu finds solace in her only Phuppi, discouraged and upset by her weirdly acting parents, I found Najma handling her so well, I wanted to kiss Najma. And when she goes all Aahana over Zoya and fixedly points out their sulking appearances throughout the day, when Zoya's all upset, I knew I'd remember this scene for long. That's a strange way to let them know she knows all's not well and also to lighten her bhabhi's mood a bit, too.
Going to Asad, she offers food to him, coaxing him into eating again when her Bhaijaan is moved by her unspoken but open support. The most important character today to be spoken and talked about is Najma. Tamatar has shown maturity and sensibility beating her own Bhaijaan in such matters, for once. Her agreement with Asad wasn't false or fake. She'd been the recipient of all the bitterness and harshness and experienced it first hand too. Even though Ammi and Bhaijaan had always protected her, she'd too borne the brunt of all the cruelty life had given them. So when she agrees, Asad is relieved to know he wasn't in the wrong. However, Tamatar has more to say, to let her perception of situations be made understood. And she does so in an impressive manner, putting forth her feelings in front of her older brother, making him understand the importance of closure not for Shireen but for their Ammi's sake. To let her find the peace she's wanted all her life. To let her take decisions without the pressure of hurting her kids. And her Bhaijaan is moved by the truth of her words. The realization that his li'l sister has grown up, really. They share a lovely Bhaijaan-Tamatar moment and head to make matters better and lighter for their Ammi. Today's highlight was Tamatar. I've never loved her so much than today, I tell you. She's always been a sweetheart but here, when she acts the sister-version of Asad Ahmed Khan, she's gained immense respect and affection from me! :)
Asad's talk with Ammi with a Bachpan ka hint in his heartfelt apology was adorable. The talk is done, the matters at hand dealt wisely and all's well. A beautiful Kodak moment, camera please! Zoya has already forgiven him. The trio bonding at Aanu's bubble bath.. Oh, my! What affectionate scenes, bonds and lovely moments, here!
Lovely, Anku.. About the precap.. Are those some property papers Asad wants to hand in Zoya's name? Is that y she's so angry? Waiting for more!
