Hi Everyone !! 😊
After watching today's episode I was a bit upset with Sanam's character. Don't get me wrong its just compared to Zoya/ Asad who were highly educated, strong, outgoing and modernized I feel bad thinking their daughter is not so educated and have to work as a waitress!! 😭 I don't understand how Dilshaad was able to give Asad and Najma good education under same condition she is in right now but fail to do so for sanam and Haya 😔

P.S One thing I must say today Ahil was shown as a caring brother and probably the most sane person in the family which completely contrasted with the playboy character of his portrayed earlier. I saw a bit (4%) of Asad in him in terms of caring for his sister today 😛

I also have same questions. I dont like sanam as a conservative when her mother was a modern 20 years ago. Come yaar in 2034 i dont think women r behaving this conservatite. I dont her shy behaviour and some words she said that we r khandani people, we dont have to talk about love before marriage etc etc in initial epi. Most ridiculous thing is sanam who is suppose to be the owner of both DC and SC now going to do a job of cook under a playboy who dont respect women and planning to take revenge from her

I am not a big fan of Sanam either but to be fair to CVs, Dilshad might be in same situation of single parent both in case of raising Asad and Sanam. However, there is locational difference that could have contributed to Sanam's upbringing. Dilshad picked up a small town such as Mogha where opportunities for professional education and exposure to modern society is limited. Asad was bought up in a bigger city like Bhopal where he managed to get an architect degree and later he became a successful businessman, viewers were introduced to Asad as a 28 years old successful businessman and we were never shown his initial struggle days. On contrary, Sanam is bought up in a small town and might have an ordinary college degree and she is just 22 years old. Sanam was trying to build her business in a small way via dhaba but due to Aaahil's audacity and her own stupidity to not take money offered by Aaahil to fix her dhaba and chosing to burn his car and return the money, she invited her own downfall.
Even today small towns are eluded by modernization compared to metros and it could very well be the case even after 20 years.

You know what... now that I read your comment I am thinking this was very unfair to make Sanam's character like this innocent helpless type! Neither zoya or A sad had this helplessness characteristics in them. I am a bit mad😡 now cause I feel cv's might be sexist cause this time dilshaad raised two daughters/girls instead of a boy and a girl. How can the mother (zoya) be more modernized than the daughter who lives in a more advanced century? 😕😕

this is gul's speciality that her heroines r always poor, innocent abla nari where her heroes r rich, jerk, abuser. Her heroines has no selfrespect. Gul always made her heroines weak infront of male lead. And showing nothing but manhandling, abusing, sexual harrasment in the name of romance. And fans said the male lead is so hot possessive and the romance is intense. Why the hell she dont make her heroines stronger infront of hero.

Strong. This is a very subjective word. First we need to understand the actual definition of strong.
Strong and being strong, can never ever be the one who is financially or who is dominant. There are different perspectives of seeing what actually means strong. I don't consider a person who is dominant to the fairer sex as strong. Infact he is the most weakest person, who "thinks" himself as strong. Bcause these persons enjoy having dominance. Why? Because they have never been treated with the proper care and love needed fir them, when they grow up they want to show that they are strong only - physically but NOT emotionally.

The strength lies in being emotionally strong with equally strong beliefs, thoughts, principles, values. And that's how the heroines are portrayed. They are the most strong characters because they are emotionally and mentally strong. They have the power to bring down the counterpart to knees in front of them. How can one call them weak??? I seriously don't get this.

The object of the shows are so clear, those who think they are strong are actually not. These teach viewers that who portray themselves as strong are actually very weak.
How can one "weak" person can bring down.the so called "strong" one on his knees in the end?

That's what the motto of these, shows is. I don't know why people think heroines as weakling?? When in the end it's them who wins over the counterpart.
It's the male lead who falls for the girl, how can he be called strong?

As for the male who thinks he is,strong, when meets an equally strong person in the female lead which HE wanted to be. His ego hurts, a person with an ego van never ever be strong. When that is thrashed down, he becomes weak.

The female lead here is always strong. Not the male one
Hope you got the point.
