Is the show trying to show that infidelity is ok?

No really I am asking... because Aahil's friend asked him abt his begum shaiba and if I am not mistaken that means wife... and Rehan asked Aahil if he was gonna meet woman #26? then Sanam was saying that people can even fall in love after marriage... nd she is going to get married to some man named Anwar but she and Aahil may end up fallin for each other as they are both the stars now? and why is Dilshad choosing a life partner for Sanam when both Asad and Najma had love marriages that's quite odd?😕

That's because they've shown Sanam that she's willing to get married! Didn't you see how shy she go when she was asked to go to meet her fiance? Dilshad is not forcing her😃
