Chapter - 1

Things were in a hurry in the Khan's villa. There was a heavy cleaning work going on there, because, things were supposed to be spotless and clean before Mr. Perfect came. A quite elderly woman in her 60's was in the kitchen calling out to someone. That woman was none other than our Dilshad Ahmed Khan.

Dilshad: Rashid! Jaldi aayiye. Breakfast ready hai. Shireen! Mujhe aapki madat ki zaroorat hai! Jaldi aayiye na.

Shireen: haan haan, ek minute. (Rushing to the kitchen), kya hua Dilshad? Kya chahiye aapko?

Dilshad: Shireen, aap Rashid ke liye chai banayiye, main table set karti hoon.

Shireen: haan teekh hai. Waise, Asad aur Ayaan kahan hai?

Suddenly, someone comes from behind and hugs Dilshad and Shireen tightly, startling them. Our very own prankster Ayaan Ahmed Khan.

Dilshad: Ayaan! Yeh kya kar rahe ho tum?

Shireen: Ayaan! Beta, chodo na.

Ayaan (to Shireen): As-salaam-alaikum ammi. (Turning to Dilshad), As-salaam-alaikum darling! Bohot beautiful lag rahi ho aaj!

Dilshad (keeping a stern face): Ayaan! Kuch dher ke liye hume akela chod nahi sakte ho kya?!

Ayaan: darling! Tumhe akela chodke main kahan jaaun?

Dilshad (keeping her hand on her head): Ayaan! Khuda ke liye! Mujhe kaam karne do, disturb mat karo.

Ayaan: teekh hai darling. Waise, kahan hai mera bhaijaan?

Dilshad: tere bhaijaan apni kamre mein hai. Jaake bulao usko.

Suddenly, a voice behind them answers "iske koi zaroorat nahi hai ammi".

All the three turn back to see a young man, wearing a three piece suite, a light smile playing on his lips, standing behind them. That is none other than our very own Asad Ahmed Khan. He goes to Dilshad and hugs her.

Asad: As-salaam-alekum ammi.

Dilshad: wa-alekum-assalaam Asad.

Asad (to Shireen): as-salaam-alekum ammi.

Shireen: wa-alekum-assalaam Asad beta.

Ayaan (to Asad): arre bhaijaan! Aap ne mujhe bhool gaya.

Asad: main tumhe kaise bhool sakta hoon Ayaan!

Both of them hug tightly and go sit on the table to have their breakfast. Dilshad and Shireen keep things ready on the table for them to eat.

Asad: ammi! Abbu kahan hai?

Dilshad: woh toh apni kamre mein hai Asad. Woh 10 minutes mein aajayega.

Asad: teekh hai. Hum 10 minutes wait karenge. Saath mein khayenge.

Rashid comes down hurriedly, meddling with his cell phone and sits at the head of the table. While everybody is eating...

Rashid: Dilshad, Shireen, next week ek engagement hai. mera dost ka beta hai. So, hume jaana padega. Aur haan, Asad aur Ayaan ko bhi aana padega.

Asad: abbu, main nahi aa sakta. Bohot saara kaam hai.

Dilshad: Asad, tum toh hamesha kaam ki baat hi karte ho. Mujhe patha nahi, tumhe hamare saath aana hi hoga.

Asad: lekin ammi...

Ayaan (whispering in Asad's ear): arre aao na bhaijaan! Wahan pe kitni hot ladkiyaan honge. Kitna maza aayega bhaijaan!

Asad (hitting him on his head): tum wahan function attend karne jaa rahe ho ya ladkiyon pe line maarne ke liye?

Ayaan: obviously ladkiyon pe line maarne ke liye!

Asad (shaking his head in disapproval): tu toh kabhi nahi sudhrega Ayaan.

Rashid: arre, yeh tum dono kya baat kar rahe ho? Mujhe koi excuse nahi chahiye, tum dono ko aana hi padega.

Asad: lekin abbu...

Rashid: maine kaha na, mujhe excuses nahi chahiye. You are coming and that's final.

After finishing their breakfast, Rashid picks up his coat and moves towards the door. Dilshad silently follows him behind and calls out to him...

Rashid: haan Dilshad, kya chahiye tumhe?

Dilshad: kuch nahi... woh aapne insist kiya ki Asad aur Ayaan ko aana hi padega. Kyun?

Rashid: arre woh kal uss engagement function mein Gaffuar Khan Farooqui aur unki betiyan bhi aa rahe hain. Issi liye mujhe laga ki hume Asad aur Ayaan ko leke jaana hai. Asad-Zoya aur Ayaan-Humeira ek doosre ko milna zaroori hai.

Dilshad: lekin, Asad aur Ayaan ko iss rishta ke baare mein patha nahi hai na?

Rashid: mujhe patha hai Dilshad. Tum fikar mat karo. Asad aur Ayaan ko iss rishta ke baare mein jaldi patha chal jaayega.

Hey guys! Finally updated the first chapter. Now I'm ready for andas and tomatoes. Mujhe patha hai ki thoda boring hai, but this was just an intro chapter for Asad and Ayaan. Agar aap logon ke expectations se kam hai toh please mujhe maaf kijiye. And I'm not that fluent in hindi. In case of any mistakes, please forgive me.
