Chapter 40

It was almost a week to the party nd revelation of zoya being asad's wife.everything was running smooth in Khan mansion but in farooqi mansion everything was a chaos.
Ayaan was gloomy nd silent from the party day.he was a complete new guy who neither smiled neither crack jokes,he stopped flirting nd going out,always remained in his room.his sisters nd mother was very bothered about his changed demeanour.shireen cursed zoya everyday along with razia but Rashid silenced her saying if she said anything to dilshad she would see his dead face which silenced shireen.Rashid was sure that zoya wasn't the type if girl who could play with someones feelings .her face was a clear book which indicated her pure heart nd her innocence.hence Rashid thought he would find out the crux of this matter alone
Humeira unable to see Ayaan in lovw with someone else left to her maasi's home to nurture her heartbreak.
Ayaan spent most of his time reading zoya's letters.every word of the letter made him feel more heartbroken more anguished he felt nd more betrayed.he just couldn't believe that Zoya could play with his feelings like that.
Asad was confused as never Ayaan was far away from him for a week .they couldn't stay without meeting each other for a day or two AMD here it was almost a week he last spoke to Ayaan or saw him.he called ayaan on his cell again .his brother wasn't responding to his calls for a week now nd it bothered him to a great extent.

Asya's room.
Asad was standing looking at sky in deep thoughts.when he felt zoya encircling his waist from back.he smiled taking her in his embrace.
Zoya:aap pareshaan lag rahe ho??kya baat hain she asked concernly as she never saw asad soo gloomy.
Asad:Ayaan pichle ek Hafte se mera call nahi le raha zoya aur woh mujhse milne bhi nahi aaya.parson colg Gaya tha toh pata chapa colg bhi nahi aaya woh ek week se.mujhe fikar ho rahi hain uski.pata nahi kya huwa hain mere bhai ko.aise jabhi nahi kiya usne he said with moist eyes.
Zoya was also emotional how can someone love their step brother soo much she was awed seeing asad's love for Ayaan.
Zoya:woh aglr mahine exams ki wajah se nahi aaya hoga Maine bhi notice kiya woh colg nahi aarahe hain.

Asad smiled:apne bhai se zyaada mere beta hain woh.2 saal ka tha jab Rashid miyaan use hamare yahan laaye the che mahine tak raha mere saath Ayaan.bhaijaan. bhaijaan Karke poora din ghoomta rehta mere peche.jab bhi koi takleef hoti woh pehle mujhe bata tha,har farmaish mujhse karat.duniya ke liye woh mera soutela bhai hosakta hain Magar mere liye woh apne se bhi badkar hain.
Zoya:chinta mat kijiye asad Ayaan aapko jaldi call karega.I think woh busy hain kahipe .aap chinta mat kariye mai Kal colg mein nikhat ko puchungi ki kya baat hain.aapko pata hain mera aur Ayaan ka volg mein roz jhagda hota tha.tab mujhe pata nahi tha woh mere shauhar ka Aziz bhai hain.ek dum tom nd jerry ke jaise ladtey the hum.aur aap jaante hain hum...
Before zoya could complete asad got a call from nizam ayaans friend saying he has picked up a fight with some boys outside pub.hearing which he left immediately saying zoya he had some emergency to attend.

Outside pub
Vishak nd his gang of boys were beating Ayaan mercilessly.Ayaan was defending himself but due to excessive consumption of alchohol he was feeling dizzy.just when visual was going to hit his head with a rod asad stopped him nd punched him soo hard that he was unconscious .his friends ran away seeing asad.
Asad angrily carries a drunk nd injures Ayaan to his car nd blasted him.
Asad:yeh kya karrahe the tum aur sharaab peena kabse sikhliya tumne Ayaan ,jawab do mujhe kya hogaya hain tumhe pehle toh aise ajeeb nahi the.ISS ek Hafte mein sabkuch kaise basal gaya Ayaan jawaab do roared asad.
Ayaan:nahi Dena koi jawab mujhe aap hote koun hain mujhse kuch puchne wale ??he also said angrily.
Asad s heart pained hearing him talk to him like that.:Ayaan mai bhai hoon tumara mujhe fikar nahi hogi to kise hogi mere bhai he said softly
Ayaan smiled ruefully:fikar agar aapko fikar hain toh mai Jo maamgunga woh doge mujhe he asked ?
Asad:aajtak kabhi mana kiya hain kya??bol kya chahiye tujhe?
Ayaan looked into asads eyes nd muttered zoya ,mujhe zoya chahiye doge aap .aaoki biwi zoya.
Asad slapped him unable to believe his demand:dumaag kharab hogaya hain kya ??.jaante ho kya bol rahe ho?aise baat sochi bhi kaise tumne?
Ayaan:Maine nahi sochi thi aapki zoya ne sochme par majboor kiya .agar woh aapki biwi hain toy woh mujhe woh pyaar bhare khat kaise likhsakti thi.agar woh aapse pyaar karti thi toh mere dil mein pyaar kyuj jagaya .bataiye he shouted painfully.
Asad was shocked :nahi Ayaan tumhe galat fehmi huwi hain mere zoya aisa nahi karsakti.
Ayaan:toh yeh khat jaake apne zoya ko dikhao aur pucho usko ki kya yeh uski likhawat nahi hain.he threw letters oh asad'a face nd left from there angrily.
Asad picked up the letters nd saw them shockingly .he knew this was zoyas handwriting.but how can ziya do such a thing.no he knew zoya was not that kind of a person to play with someone's feelings .he drove to his home hurriedly to know the real reason behind these letters.
Asad just stopped infront of his home when he got a call from police sayin Ayaan met with a critical accident nd is admitted .shock nd numb to react he drove his car to hospital.
