i am not all shocked with the comments by these people. they are the same people who used to lie to us to trend with them.they are the people operating the get well soon zeetv page on facebook. i believed them initially till they started attacking KSG's personal life. thats when i realized they arent karans fans at all. they could be zee people itself. working for zee. KSG has clearly stated and asked his fans to stop. and still fools publish articles like this saying KSG doesnt care abt fans. ITs these so called people who dont care abt him.
