Hey we're back with Chapter 2!
Chapter 2 :
Nisha : " It believes to be haunted by ghosts "
All were left stunned.
Ayaan : " Oh my god! We're shaking ." He said sarcastically.
Nisha rolled her eyes at him.
Purvi : " Ghosts ? We should sooo go " She said getting all excited.
Arnav : " There is no such thing as ghosts , it's all in the mind. "
Nisha : " So your saying , people get killed in the mind. "
Arnav : " No they don't , but - "
Khushi : " Arnav, you never know the truth. I've heard lots of weird stories about that hotel. " She said, seriously.
All were confused.
Asad : " I don't quite believe in that " Asad said, casually.
Zoya : " No,no,no, I've heard that there is a room in that hotel, I think room no. 3046. Years ago , a girl had died there. "
Khushi : " Even I heard the same story . " " And before she died, she gave a curse or something , that whoever goes in that building, she won't spare them. "
Zoya nodded in approval, while the others were trying to suppress their laugh.
Humaira : " Oh come on guys ! Are we seriously having this discussion? " She asked in disbelief. " What rubbish!, can we please grow up? " She said mockingly.
Arjun : " Weird, I mean if you don't believe in ghosts, doesn't mean they don't exist. " He said.
He personally didn't believe in ghosts , but he had a weird feeling about this hotel.
Asad : " I agree with Humaira. I don't believe in these ghosts. I mean what's the point of being scared of something you've never seen. " He said , trying to make them understand.
Nisha : "The day you'll see it , you won't be alive to believe in it. " She said before turning around and leaving.
All were shocked at her words.
Ayaan : " Guys, I've made up my mind , let's go to Hotel Blue Royal ... To meet the ghost. " He said at the end.
Zoya and Khushi were still unsure about going.
Raizada Mansion : ( At the dining table )
Should i ask Bhai or not ? she said while eating half heartedly.
Arnav : " Zoe, why are you tensed, ask me whatever you want " he said as if he read her mind.
" I should have known, Bhai knows me too well."
Zoya : " Bhai I think we shouldn't go. "
Khushi : " Arnav i think she's right. I've heard creepy, in fact, very creepy stories about this hotel. " She said agreeing with Zoya.
Arnav : " You know I can't say no to you two, but we have to if we have to save our job. " he said thinking deeply.
Arnav : " Or you two can stay here and I will go with the others. He said looking at both of them
Khushi / Zoya : " No! we'll go together." They said in unison
Zoya: " Bhai , everything will be fine right ? "
Arnav : " Yes everything will be fine and I will always be with you " He promised.
Arnav : " Okay , so we're leaving in 10 minutes. Have you packed your cameras and torches , it might be pretty dark there. " He reminded.
Khushi : " You've said that like a thousands times already. We packed everything. "
Zoya : " Yeah Bhai , anyway , the others are on their way , they should be here by now , then we'll go together. " She informed.
*Beep!Beeep!* Asad honked the car.
Asad : " ZOYA ! COME OUTSIDE . WE'RE ALL HERE !" Asad shouted from outside.
Zoya : " Ok lets go! They're here. " She said as all went outside.
Asad : " Hi! " He said as he ran up to Zoya and hugged her.
Khushi : " *COUGH!COUGH!* If you two are done romancing , can we go? Its really dark and its midnight." Khushi teased.
AsYa broke their hug and felt embarrassed.
They all sat in the car and drove off.
Ayaan : " How long will it take ? "
Purvi : " It's away from the city, so it'll take about 2 hours to get there." She informed.
After 2 Hours :
Arjun : " Finally ! We're here. "
They all got off the car and were surprised to see the building.
They gazed gazing at the dilapidated building. They all shivered, as though, ice had replaced their spine. The cold air enveloped the entire body. The multiple layer of clothing could not protect against the deathly cold. The walkway leading up to building, were cracked.
Weeds and dandelions poked out from these cracks. Red roses grown wildly in thick batches by the gate. The moonlight cast a ghoulish glow on the building.
Vines formed a twisted maze upon the side of hotel, reaching their tentacles towards the roof. The hotel's walls showed black decay by neglect.
Splotches of original paint hinted at the house former prosperity. Cobwebs covered the corners of the doors, tiny black spiders threading towards their prey. On the top , there was a board stating the following ... Hotel Blue Royal.
Zoya : " Trust me guys! We're not doing the right thing by going in. There's still time, let's go back!" She said as they approached to the hotel.
All ignored her, except Khushi.
Arjun : "What a location!" He said.
Arnav : "Yeah , we can make a horror movie here." Arnav joked though he had to admit , he was a little scared himself.
Khushi : "Zoya is right! This is just not scary, but illegal. We can't just secretly record everything. What are we doing?! "
Asad : "Having fun!"
They all walked to the doors. There were several. There were all glass doors. They all put their torches on.
Purvi tried to open a door , but failed.
Purvi : "It's not opening ! I think it's locked." She said as she tried several times.
Zoya : "It's a sign. Let's go back!" She said , getting scared.
Arjun : "This one isn't opening either." He said as he tried a different door.
Khushi : "This is spooky." she said as she looked through the door.
Humaira : "I love it !" she declared as she looked through the door.
Ayaan : "Even this one's not open" He said as he tried another door.
Asad : "Why will they leave it open? There must be someone inside."
Arnav : "Yeah. There should be." He said as he put his torch so he could have a clearer view.
They all looked at the place carefully, from outside.
It was serene and empty, not a living soul in sight.
Arjun : "Let's go back. There's no point."
Asad : "Yeah, you're right" He agreed.
Humaira : "What the hell yaar!" She said disappointedly, as they all walked back.
Arnav : "Wait! There must be a back door. Come lets find it. We can't risk our jobs."
Khushi : "We're not seriously doing this! " She said annoyingly.
Ayaan : "Looks like we are! " He replied.
They all made their way towards the back of the building.
They finally found the door and twisted the door knob , open.
They stepped inside , the place was pitch black. Only with the help of their torches , could they see.
They looked around to see that there was only walls around.
Ayaan : "Are guys ! Look at this place!" He said
Humaira : " Yeh lets explore this place." she said looking at the hotel
Asad : " Guys did you hear that noise." he said listening carefully
Arjun : " I can't hear any noise "
Arnav : " Shh , everyone quiet "
there is a pin drop silence. After a few minutes of silence they all hear the noise coming from upstairs.
Ayaan : " It's from upstairs guys , lets go and check it out "
Arjun : " Get your camera's out and lets welcome the ghost " he said taking out his camera
They all walked up the spiral stairs. The squeaking noise of the stairs were making all of them worried. They all entered the room and saw the T.V on
Humaira : " Great ! this is what it was " she said sarcastically
Arnav : " Wait , there is a noise coming from it. " Arnav and Asad went close to the T.V and heard something say in a mere whisper,
" Weeelcooome "
