Well I am most certainly with Asad in this case Preeti.
I mean the Man is facing the toughest phase with the most fearsome and nagging insecurity about Zoya leaving him...and he questioning Sid like that was right...and i will be sincere here...if he was not Asad's Dr. and a good one at that...I mean Asad should have left that place immediately...
Rest AsYa part was Good..
Dillu's Imp was shown here more..and that was actually true.
Now the tough phase starts...Even reading about this is hard..how nerve wrackkin it must be for the diagnosed person.

So am I Mayur, so am I. And I am really proud of him that he questioned Sid directly. And Sid could easily have deflected the question and lied, but he didn't. He chose to tell the truth, and that shows the kind of person he is. If you look from Sid's point of view, he is having a really hard time too. Zoya is the only one of those three who doesn't know anything about it. And Asad did tell her in anger that Sid loves her, but when she denied it, he chose not to push it because he didn't want it to become harder for her. She already has a lot of things to worry about. *I am so proud of these two!*❤️

Asad is actually going through a really really hard phase. He wants to hit Sid, he wants to take Zoya away from that guy, but then he also knows that Sid is telling the truth. He knows that somehow it's not anyone's fault. And he knows he can always trust Zoya, but then what if...Plus he needs to take the best shot at fighting cancer, and he knows Sid is the best doctor for it, both skill-wise and he knows them personally as well. All these things nag him. He is helpless, and Asad Ahmed Khan hates that the most.

I almost wrote the part of Asad walking away for a different doctor, but then this is more realistic. He is not in control here. He can't run away. Nor should he run away if he has full trust in Zoya. And doctors are weird you know...they will do anything and everything to save their patients, even if the patient is their nemesis.

Dilshad...what a lady she is! I am planning to delve deeper on her character in the next chapters.

The phase just began...so many brain-storming and heart-wrenching scenes coming up! The sadists gotta gear up! 😎

Jokes apart, in 12th standard I did this project on cancer and the terror that it brings along haunted me for weeks. My heart goes out to the people diagnosed with cancer, and their families.

This update was really good.

Many must be hating Sid. But I am loving that guy. He is hust too cute and descent as well. But you know what I imagine Karan Vahi as Dr. Sid in those parts where talks to them as Zoya's friend but as Asad's dr. He looks too young my mind just starts imagining the previous face you decided. xD
Asad collapsed, Cancer This name really scares me now.

Asad being a bit emotionally week. This is very much realistic.
Would have loved it even more if in the last part, there was Zoya sitting beside him holding his hand.

Dilshad, This lady is too strong and as a person I love how mature she is in the tough phases of life and at the other time she is childlike.

I want to write more about the update but I'm a bit busy ryt now.

Thank You so much for such a long and a Detailed reply.
First come first about Asad...whatever you make him goo through and do...i will see this story through his Pain and POV only...
Well I know what he did was you know in a way direct and blunt...like on Sid's face but but , he will be cursingg his luck somehwere that first he has to be diagnosed like this and on that has to be treated by your Wife's Ex...How tricky this situation is and how insecure he must be.
And as you mentioned , see he controlled his anger and fear infront of Zoya when she didn't believed that...what he said..he is fighting and that too a long and many battles...with himself and with others and with CANCER also.
I hope what i said was proper.
Then came Sid...well not much to say..the man is honest and it was his sincereity that he spoke only truth with Asad without beating around the bush...that was good...but still I would still see him more as Zoya's Ex..and less of Asad's Dr.
Now Dilshaad...we all know how lovely , strong and warming lady she was before the MKJ track...so yes it will be very very interesting to see her strength on board and how now also she gather her kids...and fight this disease with Asad..
Rest I am not a Sadist...and I don't like Heart wrenching , Painful and Sad parts...i feel Life mein pehle hee itni saare dard hai...Fiction toh aacha padhna chahiyeh na...but its fine i guess.
