Asad told Dilshad abt his cancer. She was shocked & worried. He told najma& all his staff. Zoya heared & asked asad why. Liked the way she told him what she felt abt him & his feelings as well. She is a strong girl, wanted to be strength so they can fight for this cancer battle. She took promised from asad for not hiding anything. Update soon plz. Thanks
