my imagination running again...

So...I just finished reading this book by Tarquin Hall called The Case of the Deadly Butter Chicken revolving around this private detective in India, Vish Puri investigating a murder case where someone's butter chicken was poisoned...it was an enjoyable read by the way and I'd recommend it to anyone who loves a good laugh and who-dun-it mysteries...so anyway...throughout the book I kept thinking this would be a cool movie to watch and imagined Anupam Kher as Vish Puri...tried imagining someone chubbier but couldn't think of anyone and I love AK anyway. ..and guess who else I imagined as one of the characters...Surbhi Jyoti...playing a character in a flashback incident that happened in 1948...😃

LOL that's awesome :D I read it a few months ago, it was a very clever, humorous read 😆 I remember my copy of the book even had recipes on the back 😆

I can't cook, I can only make tea and bake muffins and cakes and make pizza dough 😆 But the recipes looked amazing! Even the description of the food in the novel had my mouth watering 😆

I have tried all of those except peppy paneer pizza lol.

I'm not sure, I always thought it was pizza topped with bell peppers lol. So wouldn't it just taste like a normal pizza only with paneer cubes?

Have you read the previous books in the series?

This is actually the first in d series I read...I have the case of the laughing man as well...can't wait to start that...I dun have the missing servant and the love comandos..but I just placed an order for them...have you read them?

@KulfiBai I've finished The Case of The Laughing Man...another good one!! Can't wait for my copy of the other 2 cases now!!!
