Karan apparently is unprofessional and the makers of the show have lost patience dealing with him. Karan Singh Grover plays the role Asad in Zee TV's hit show Qubool Hai. The show reached its peaks at a point of time when all every one was talking about was Asya, Asad and Zoya (His love interest, played by Surbhi Jyoti). Apparently, Karan has done the same during his previous show, Dill Mill Gayye too. He would either report late to the shoot or sometimes wouldn't show up at all. And even when he comes to the shoot, he would leave soon after. It is also said that the reason why the makers of the show have been altering the storyline constantly was because of his unavailability. He would be holidaying when he would have taken leave for illness. A leading daily has quoted the content head of the channel saying, " No actor can hold shoots or dictate their terms and conditions to an extent that it hampers the show. We have initiated legal action against him." The rumour regarding his contract ending and he not continuing the show made such a news recently showing the following he has. The news also clears a lot of air regarding the story being concentrating very less around the lead characters Asad and Zoya.
