I don't think its about Bhopal or small town, its the Muslim culture they are talking about I suppose. In Muslim culture a girl cannot go out in front of men, and wearing jeans is out of question. I think that is what they are trying to oppose through QH... I heard that Gul Khan's hometown is Bhopal

yeah for sure its not a small town but Bhopal is a Muslim area n dis things happens I myself have experienced it

ok but i live in bhopal some time i dont see anything like that . my muslim friend wear jeans there is no problem

It's not abt BHOPAL...Since the story is taking place in Bhopal,they choose that city...Thats it...
