Based on current intellect of Dilshad, I don't think she is capable of thinking that she has option to go back to KV unless Rashid enlightens her that he can't see her plight and he is relieving of her duty towards him for sake of her own dignity...then Dilshad will come back to KV with far bigger gratitude towards Rashid for his sacrifice.
