I am still overwhelmed by how sheerly ludicrous that idea is. But before I get into that, there is some other stuff I would like to point out.

"At least humeira is better than all of you out here". I'm not exactly sure which words out of the few ones that comprise most people's comments here have made you well-qualified to make such a generalization. I'm sure that a borderline psychotic girl who threatens to kill herself over unrequited love (although I do sympathize with her in the current situation) is better than every single one of us. But hey, to each his own. At least you managed to sound extremely hostile in just six words. I give credit where it's due.

"Exactly when people start loving god in its true sense they will sure not do it this way." I don't get the point here. Are you insinuating that every should follow in the footsteps of Santa Teresa of Avila and love God by abstaining from all worldly pleasures? Because that's quite noble and everything, but Asad ain't a pope nor is Zoya a nun.

Now coming to your original argument. A lot of people have already pointed out that the elders that you have taken the initiative to stand up for do not deserve any sort of respect. I want to focus on the other part of your argument. After being in an eleven month long, non-physical relationship, Asad and Zoya are still not in love? They are lusting after each other? I would have tried coming up with a better word, but horseshit suffices. They went through that pure phase of their relationship already. And now if they want to hug, that is not lust. And besides, they would be doing a lot of other things than hugging if this was really about lust.

Please fill me in. I haven't been keeping up with the news. When did hugs become the most profound symbol for unadulterated sexual desires?

Do i need to say "wah wah" ? Its always a given when u write. 👏

I only say i agreed wuth humeira is better cause u know me and my hum loving it has no bounds!

But honestly comparing a fictional character who even her biggest fans can admit has flaws, to real human beings is a bit weird to me. As jazz you have said, to each his own.

Its just unfortunate that to judge human beings nowadays, the standard is that of a fictional character to compare to. 😆 I think that just suggests, some individuals do not have real life examples of good people in his or her lives to even base opinions of others upon. That doesnt frustrate me, but rather makes me sad and pitiful.

That is what you have liked and supported , so how is it possible to understand what I said in my replies.

I appreciated the quoted member's light-hearted approach to releasing pent up frustration with regards to the current track. I thought that the "😆" would give that away. These are called jokes. You can research the concept. Start out small. Google, "Knock, knock. Who's there?"

Since you don't seem to be denying the fact that you said Asad and Zoya's relationship is lust not love, I'm going to assume that you maintain your previous stance. In which case, my argument remains standing. Was it lust when Asad helped Zoya find her Abbu? Was it lust when, after more than a month of separation, they chose to do cheesy wish-fulling scenes? Was it lust when Asad cried his heart out in Mangalpur? Because if it was, then I need to start wishing for a life with someone who would lust after me instead of love me.

Naina can i be frank?
I understand your point. If im not wrong, you believe its disrespectful for asad and zoya to be hugging in SM like the way they did because zoya is now a "married" girl and infront of family she shouldnt be openly hugging her ex lover. Correct?

your opinion is your opinion and more power to ya for standing by it.

However:

While i hate to be the repeat part of the shampoo bottle im gonna repeat that as drea has said on the first page itself and as many other have said as well on this thread,

How is a hug disrespectful? How is it crossing any boundries? And disrespectful to whom exactly? What society and what family?

The society that is discussed is the two faced farcey people who have nothing better to do with their lives then butt their butts in other peoples business when something they do is questionable, create chaos, and then never show their faces again.

The family in question is another set of lying hypocrites whether its the old hag or the baloon ki dukaan.

The only person who it should be disrespectful to and whom should have a problem with asya hug is ayan seeing as he is zoyas "husband" who HIMSELF doesnt give to shits about it. He himself wants to reuinite his "wife" with her love. If he doesnt have a problem then why should any hypocritical society and elders?

Im not even touching zoyaan marriage because WE ALL KNOW they are not married. But when did a hug become a sickening sight for the sore eyes? When did a hug become impure?

Thats regressive thinking and thats my opinion.

You can't say they are insulting institution of marriage when Asad, Zoya and Ayaan are not considering it as Nikah in the first place. Ayaan and Zoya are putting up the act as a couple for sake of Nikat and they know that it is a temp arrangement and Zoya will be back to Asad soon. Ayaan have no intention to work out this marriage or he is in love with Zoya and same applies to Zoya as well. Also, Ayaan is greatful for ASYA for agreeing to put up with the Nikah fiasco and he always encouraged Zoya to call Asad to give him needed support to get through the seperation period. When Ayaan knows that ASYA love each other and the Nikah is a temperorily act then how Asad hugging Zoya is indecent? Moreover ASYA are not very physical in general, now they are hugging eachother because the seperation is circumstantial and it is hard on them. This is not lust wala hug, this is more of a re assurance hug in times of uncertainty, similar to comforting a friend or family member when they are going through the tough times. Physical intimacy can't always be taken as lust, sometimes it is more than what meets the eye.
