If Zoya can have Ayan for her , Why not Asad? - Page 4

And Asad is the main protagonist. Atleast one of them. Just because family drama is thrown in our face it doesn't change the leads. For example, if you watch Castle, Castle and Beckett are the leads but the background is crime-scene investigation while every other supporting characters affect Castle and Beckett's life. So if Beckett assumingly marries some other guy, the leads don't change, only the screen space does. And BTW the couples in every show are what garners TRP.

Point is it was not his decision to make. He could have broken up with zoya and then anything she did would be on her. But now he bears the onus.

As for castle and Beckett and asad and zoya well there is a huge difference - castle had two main protagonists like bones but qh is specifically about zoyas journey to find her father, unite families etc. is asad a lead? - yes as long as he's connected to zoya. The day that connection dissolves he is expendable. Why do you think zoya lands up at KV first. Asad needed to be connected to zoya, if he wasn't Karan would not have had a role!

P.S - he sacrificed zoya for Nikhat. He is the one who helped legalize the marriage. If he hadn't emotionally guilted zoya this marriage would have been annulled weeks ago.

That's not to say I don't think zoya is an idiot - because she is.

Zoya hasn't announced ki ohh mr khan m in lub with ayaan gul has only shown turmoil of zoya as she is exhausted n frustrated n getting a heroine won't solve anything it will be like he wasn't in lov with zoya n dmg mein hua yaha bhi hoga n there r people who r waiting for asya from so long so they deserve asya

Expendable? Would not have a role? I thought QH was a story of how Zoya tries to unite the two Khandaans. That is what i inferred from the intial promos that were aired. Surely then Asad is required?

WE CAN SUGGEST THAT WE NEED A GUD GAL FOR ASAD ...BUT THE CHARACTER ASAD IS A MAN WHO IS MADLY,DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH HIS ZOYA...HE IS THE MAN WHO WANT GOD TO CHANGE HIS FATE IF ZOYA IS NOT IN IT...IT WON'T BE GUD TO INTRODUCE A NEW GAL FOR ASAD...AND HERE ZOYA DIDN'T LEFT HIM OR CHEATED HIM...IT IS ASAD WHO MADE HER SIGN THE MARRIAGE FOR THE SAKE OF HIS SISTER...

Exactly but for that asad has to be connected to zoya!

Zoya is already connected to SM via gaffur and razia.

There needs to be a connection with the other house for her purpose to be served - and this is where asads purpose as a character lies. He's the guy who helps through her journey. No zoya=no asad.

Mm-hmm. I see that! But even if Zoya met Ayaan before Asad.. And ZoYaan were madly in love.. She would then know Asad as Ayaan's bhaijaan whom he loves more than his life! So she would obviously try everything in her power to make sure their families unite!! The purpose of Qubool Hai would still be fulfilled.. And Asad would play a significant role in that.

And for Zoya to be bothered about uniting the two families.. She must be connected to one of Asad or Ayaan.. Just being Gaffur's daughter would not be reason enough.

It works this way because she is not only in love with asad but has a deep connection with dilshaad. She has a vested interest in wanting these two happy, something that would have been missing had she and Ayaan fallen in love straightaway.

The other way to have done it would have been to open the show with Ayaan and zoya divorced and she being pushed into a marriage with asad and then play out the drama like that, but it brings it back to asad having to be attached to Zoe.

Ok I concede that she would want to help asyaan but what purpose would asad have in that story. Her uniting the two families is only part of the story. The brothers story is tied into helping her discover her past and theirs to an extent - for which as I have said before asad has to be connected to Zoe. If tomorrow asad is married to someone else who is not connected to the main narrative Karan's role as a lead is insignificant.

Side note- can't believing I am supporting asya *facepalm* 😆
