I have mentioned it in other posts, Haseena and Tanu are in this together. Do you remember the phone call the she got informing her of the nikaah? She used the word samjhi talking to the person at the other end, meaning that it was a female. And then the disturbia painting, kept there for Tamatar to freak out at.

Jaanu was bound to happen but honestly it's just becoming more and more convoluted. How the heck does Tanveer blackmail Asad with the baby secret? Or is Asad such an ass that he would rather his sister stay in a marriage with a lying man than break her momentarily by revealing the truth?

It's getting stupid again and Asad doesn't look like he's ever gonna regain his brain.
