Asad: Keeps his Coffee(with milk and sugar down) and takes the packet and the note from the help.

He slowly opens the package with his very capable 😉 hands . It had the engagement ring that he had given to his Lady Love. Those long, inviting fingers trembled while opening the note.

The note read:

You called to ask if I am ok:

Yes , I am OK not because of you but in spite of you. I am returning some stuff , which, I cannot keep as a married woman.

1.I am returning,the engagement ring , along with the moon, as I am no longer capable of carrying the weight of the moon along with the responsibilities of a married woman. The moonbeams no longer provide me with tranquility, rather they scorch my being.

2.I am returning , the memories of that rainy night(Bol Na Halke Halke) when ,your laughter was so alluring to my senses , our love blossomed , you whispered into my soul.As a married woman it will be immoral to cling to those memories.

3. I am returning , the promise of never leaving you, because that night(Nikah fiasco) you couldn't find a single reason to hold on to me.

4.I am returning, the dreams of our future together, because "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." I could not protect the hope of our future together from that stormy night.

So Today I refuse to let you be my priority , for you made me just an option.
