Did you notice? They are wearing matching purple color clothes ...I saw this kind of matching clothes in one or two episodes also such as music box repair scene ...wonder they do it on purpose and scripted or just sheer coincidence?

This is my first post ever.

Regarding the matching clothes. From his previous interviews , Karan has said that he always tries to match his clothes with Surbhi's . Like the red cloth in the pocket of his sherwani with her white dress from the episode where they get dressed to go to his uncles's son's walima or something. He says I added this red to with yr dress but u wore pink. He has a very good dressing sense. For this interview Surbhi was the one who wore that dress first, and in Rishi da's b'day video he says he needs to go and change bcos she is dressed like a "bomb". Hence must hv worn that shirt to go with her dress.
