Yes, it is very apparent what gul is trying to say. She is saying dark color can be bitch and girls with dark color will always be less lucky than than fair and fat Nazma. Women like shirin and Nikhat are really leeches in life who only take from their families. She wants to say to people marriage is a farce of a institution and wants us to celebrate divorce. Yes marriage is not necessary but it is also not a farce to be mocked.

Gul khan has made a mockery of Islam and girls. Girls are a commodity to be either traded or to mourn when born. Islamic nikAh omg I would recommend to make sure one knows the rules before you set foot near a nikAh venue.
