I've also read some place that along with 'consent' agreement... the Muslim bride & groom have to sign the "Prenuptial Contract Conditions"... which again in Hindi translates to "Talaknama"

Good post 👏... this sure will help clarify the current confusion.

BUT!! millions of us viewers will be heart broken.

I hope in the end our QH does not turn into the typical soap where the hero is trying to help the heroine to get adjusted to the accidental husband 🤢

I am a Muslim and we dont sign a talaknama or anything when the nikah is done. All u do is sign the nikahnama, which is like a marriage certificate.

This actually does not clear anything. This divorce papers whereby he is suppose to say talak 3 times as well.

What they signed????

were they Talak papers???

was just conditions should a talak happen???😕
