TALAKNAMA - MEANING....Pls read

It is only a bond paper to be duly signed at the time of Nikaah...alongwith nikhaah nama...so that...if in future...any talak happens...so and so should be compensated between each other...and it is not a DIVORCE...

well it was talaknama sharai dat equals divorce papers. meher is signed along wid nikaahnama and nt talaaknama...

Please explain the difference between Talaknama and Divorce papers😕. I Can't understand. I'm very confused even after reading your post.

dere is nothing called talaaknama sharth...in d paper where zoya & ayaan signed it was written talaaknama sharai which means divorce by islaam law... n how will gul show it.. she only knows...
