on some BTS video, they were showing that the quazi was asking Zoya and Ayaan to sign the marriage document. why are the solemnizing a marriage that happened by accident. how moronic is that. Ayaan told Asad that the marriage was a mistake, and the whole thing was only a misunderstanding.
so why are they agreeing to sign the marriage certificate and legalize the marriage. if the two parties dont sign the marriage certificate then obviously they are not married, right.
people perform wedding rituals as a part of an act, just because people take satta pheri and put mangalsutra and sindoor does not make them marries, so just because the quazi mistook their yes yes as marriage Qubool him. it does not mean they are bound to be husband and wife, they sign the marriage certificate, so they should have been considered not married.
