i just dont get it. wut is the big deal here? Isnt it clear in muslim customs that if the couple agrees than a talaak nama can be written. its the only religion in the world that accepts divorce. SO wut if ayaan and zoya are married. they can easily divorce. its not like they consumated their marriage!?!!?! like this is just a stupid track..

Absolutely right. Why the people are hell bent to make the invalid nikah a valid one? I am sure they will come back with poor reasoning.

Totally agree and if the whole picture of what actualy happened is told i am sure even the qazi's will accept that it was not a valid Nikhah. These peeps can speak when they need to and speak when they do not need to. Instead of telling our nikhah happened why not relate the whole story from the beginning till the last part.😒 stupid asses

yeah and if the nikah is without the consent of the patners , in sub consience or in pressure thats not even considered a marrige islamically

Because u cant get divorced that quickly. Legally. Yeh they arent married but everyone thinks they are so the first thing to think is legally marriage takes a few months before divorce is granted.
