I dont think zoya and aayan will actually marry.

Its possible that since its community, no one will believe them when they say they arent married so asad tells zoe to go with aayan and uphold it until its proven fake.

Kaazi can say ms mariam an mr durandhar kya apko is nikaah qubool hai and zoya an aayan may say yh just so goons dont reach them.

So they will be married but under wrong names so technically not married.
