Btw Soup you mentioned that it might end in a talaq. That won't happen because even if they say QH to each other on Mon, the nikaah will still be very much invalid since Zoya's walid wasn't present and also her name was wrong. I'll send you a post that will clear your doubts about how it won't be valid.

Also the Qazi asked Ayaan that kya aapko aapki biwi Zoya qubool hai not that kya aapko Zoya se nikaah qubool hai. There is a difference between the two and even if he says yes, it doesn't matter because they aren't technically married. Zoya and Ayaan don't know its invalid but they are under the impression that it was an accidental marriage. A galti is what they are calling it.

Talaq is the worst scenario😉

1. Zoya's walid was no there...how the hell were they planning to validate AsYa's marriage...with no walid, aapi, and nonsense!😕😆

2. I thought the qasi mentioned her full name- Zoya Farooqui.

What happens in Islam when a woman is an orphan, gets married and five years later her father turns up...is the nikah considered invalid???😕

3. They are not married, I guess...but both admit to a nikah as a mistake...Asad does not know the circumstances...all he knows is that Zoya keeps saying she does not acept it...she really has not given him any details...neither has he asked because he is overwhelmed by the SHOCK...

Yesterday: Asad was shattered😭...betrayed😭...that song was clearly that - about the promises he kept reliving and the song crying his heart out...You betrayed my love, Zoya...😭 (Excatly what Zoya told him post SR😭)

But he has held her hand tight and made a promise...he knows it was unintentionally done...but he has to consider a nikah valid, because the qasi says so, now there are more rallying behind him...and even Ayan and Zoya are crying because they know BAHUT BADI GALTI HO GAYI!

That is why Asad tell Zoya- aapki nikah ho gayi...😭😭😭 (Put me out of this misery, Gul...please...I can't take so much of sorrow..😭😆)

My expectation: I really hope Gul wil make Asad realise that it is not a valid nikah...like Zoya realised some time later hat teh SR was staged...precisely why Tanveer gives me hope...if it was her plan and bribery is involved, then there is hope ...😳

Soup, her name was incorrect. They said Zoya Fareed not Farooqi which means her walid's name was incorrect and most importantly they both weren't aware when they said haan haan to each other. For a nikaah to take place, the bride and groom have to pay attention to what the Qazi is saying. So its not valid.
