Initially I found the scene awkward but after watching it again I changed my opinion and say that I did enjoy it.

Apart from that, the episode was ok...Ayaan was great but I can't wait to see him fall tomorrow - much needed growth for the character on its way (and boy will i enjoy it!).

The teacher is strict person, her name is Ms. Rodriguez and she is a Catholic. Even when she wakes up carefully watching (not only because of poor vision) and frowns it. The prototype of the old-time lecturers.

I DID also really appreciate the scene because of the value behind it.

But why i did like it? Well, because Asad wanted to show off Zoe. 😳 And because of the little lesson thrown into the scene. The value and influences teachers have on youth. Children's second home in childhood actually scratch that.. their second homes from preschool to highschool/college is in the classroom. Teachers are who apart from parents, play a HUGE role in how we turn out. We gain valuable knowledge from them and do absorb things that they teach and even say. If its something POSITIVE, we beem with happiness and sometimes positive comments go to our heads. If its something negative we either let it bring us DOWN or we take that negative comment and CHANGE ourself accordingly and PROVE the party who doubts us WRONG. Thats what Asad did today. He wanted to prove his teacher wrong. The valuable thing we got from this is that MESSAGe itself. Sometimes teachers throw negative comments at us to motivate us to DO SOMETHING about it.. and as the teacher said, the fact that her student came back to prove her wrong is her BIGGEST compliment. 👏

AND i also found it beautiful that it was a CHRISTIAN teacher! 👏

The only gift that my sister bought a teacher who said that cybernetics too heavy for women. It's okay to be told it is hard, takes a long, difficult whatever, but TOO HEAVY FOR WOMAN?

When she graduated, with a gift she had gone to the visit a teacher, he had already retired. It was not clear when she walked in and handed him a package, he did not feel comfortable when she explained the purpose of the visit, and then laughed along with his wife.

Beautiful scene, indeed and a more beautiful post. The scene was a description of how deep Asad's wounds run, and how troubled he was a child. Helping his Ammi sew clothes while (in his view) his father had gone enjoying a life of comfort with the other woman, being teased by everyone at school for being quite, reticent, etc... are insights into what made Asad the man he is today. Why he sticks so strongly to the few people who side by him (aka Tanu) or why he has such strong rules of what's right and what's wrong. And, how some angel, comes, and brick by brick, knocks his wall of defense down.

Can I have a wishlist for QH creatives. Can they show Zoya teasing Asad about some flashback scenes? Like Zoya teasing him about the DB scene, where he recollects his first meeting with her, or both of them remembering some comic scenes from the past and teasing the other? :) thatd be cute to watch

It was a great scene. Reminded me of my teachers and their role in what I am today.

I honestly didn't pay attention to the age. I thought he was a teen when she said that. But still, it was more about his feelings.

nice post..
I like almost all asya scenes a lot but this one didnt really click with me..
It made no sense but was a good watch like always

Exactly.
The Asya scenes may not be smoking hot... but they've got a charm of their own!
The rest of the storyline is juch shitty right now..
I never thought that a phase will come when I'll start disliking Najma!
Seriously!
Now all I want is this N-I-N track to end... and if a full fledged clash does happen, then i want a strong Zoya consoling a heartbroken Asad and reassuring her that everything will be fine.
It will be really cute and heart lightning if she mentions about their future babies too! 😊 😳
