I called the Customer Care...they are saying operatin system has been corrupted or otherwise hard disk will be replaced 😔

last time I got d hard disk replaced I lost so much of data, and I had not even kept d backup of all the latest dats 😔

oh thats bad. Try to backup now if possible. I hate these things, its frustrating to lose data. I always back up on two external harddisks regularly.

I do take backup but not regularly...yeah m trying 😔
