"Miss Farooqi, what are you doing here? And what are they," Asad said, indicating to his brother and sister, "doing here?" he completed with a stern face.
"Mr.Khan, this was Nuzhat's idea. She told me how you wouldn't allow me to drink after our marriage so she told me to enjoy one night of freedom. I only took a watermelon punch and now my head is aching. Please help me Mr. Khan," Zoya told him with a puppy face and holding her head. He dragged her out of there but not before warning the other four that he'll take care of them tomorrow.
As soon as they sat in the car, they both burst out laughing and Zoya said, "Mr. Khan, you should have been in the movies. You are an amazing actor. For a moment, I forgot that you were acting. But now that I come to think about it, it's probably my influence because of which you're acting so well. Issi baat pe ek shayr arz hai,
Arz Kiya Hai," pauses, "Mr. Khan, Irshaad toh bolo." Asad, sighing, said "Irshaad, irshaad,"
Arz Kiya Hai,
Acting mein hain Zoya Farooqi Mahaan
Iske jaisa, puri duniya mein aur kahaan
Mr.Khan pe bhi mera Asar pad hi gaya
Is haalse ki Jaanch karo Daya!
Thank you, thank you." She finished and stared at Asad for some time before saying, "Mr. Khan, you forgot my rule? You have to say Wah Wah everytime I'm done with a shayri. Mr. Khan, are you sure you're not Ghajini's relative?"
"Zoya, Ghajini is a fictional character. I already told you this before. Second of all, wah wah, wah wah. You ought to be a poet. Everyone who is depressed will start laughing." Asad told her and then chuckled.
"If you are done teasing Mr. Idea Chor, I want to see my surprise! You've already made me wait for 2 days and now you're wasting more time. Start the car and let's leave." Zoya demanded.
They left and around one kilometer before their destination, Asad stopped the car and tied a black cloth on her eyes with Zoya shouting at him and trying to remove the cloth, but Mr. Khan's Six-Packs turned out to be useful.
He didn't attempt to drive forward so he just carried her there. The first thing Zoya felt was the smell of the sea. As soon as she realized what smell it was, she was beaming with joy and Asad, seeing her understood that she had already guessed it. He carried her into a cottage near the beach and seated her down on the chair. He then slowly opened the cloth that he had tied and then presented some papers in front of her.
"Miss Farooqi, before you say anything, this cottage is yours. I read your complete wishlist and I know I won't be able to fulfill your last wish so this is compensation from my side. Please don't say no," he said earnestly and then seeing tears in her eyes he said, "Don't cry, please. I didn't mean to do that. I just wanted you to be happy."
"Mr. Buddhu Ahmed Khan, these are tears of joy. I'm so lucky that you are my life partner. Thank you so much," saying that, she hugged him tight, taking Asad completely by surprise. He gradually hugged her back. To lighten the mood, he attempted to crack a joke, "Zoya, you're breaking my bones. I'm starving anyway."
"Mr. Khan, I am not fat. You probably are Ghajini's brother," she muttered to herself. Satisfied with himself, Asad laid the dinner table which shocked Zoya because it was filled with junk food and very less healthy food. They finished their dinner and were about to leave when they heard a knock on the door. Opening it, they saw Ayaan, Nikhat, Nuzhat, Humeira and Najma who were snickering at them.
