Sangeeta, Wah kya khatarnak update hai! 😉 What's the deal with the quotes? "Test Quotes". I have see other posts with missing quotes too. Are you writing up your chapter in a word processor like MS Winword and then copy pasting to IF? That of course is the smart thing to do, then to type in IF and risk losing everything accidentally!! The quotes shown in word are different and possibly getting lost in the HTML version on IF. I am just guessing as I had a similar experience at work when migrating a word template into HTML format. Have you tried a different processor like Notepad? Try moving the original from word to notepad and then find and replace the word quotes with the keyboard quotes. If you notice carefully, they look different!

Before I continue with the chapter review, I have to confess. Yes, I was really looking forward to AsYa reunion, but you know what I missed. Farhan!! I know he's sleeping and correctly so, at that late hour. But, I am really looking forward to some three way interaction between AsYa and Farhan! I think Asad will understand soon why Farhan was referring to him as Mr. Khan!
I knew firebrand Zoya would not believe Asad. Glad she showed anger and did not cry. She knows him well enough to know that there is a reason behind his lies! She is so tuned to his body language that she can recognize his frustration, especially when she said "Asad". Waiting for good times soon. I want to see his jaw drop when he sees the Taj Mahal. Finally, Zoya's pending portrait will be completed. With your favorite stubble, I am sure of it!! 😆 😉
"Aap chaahe tho bathtub mein bhi reh sakte hain. She chided him, hoping for a response from the pokerfaced bodyguard." I love Zoya for this punch line! 😆 What was his reaction? He maintained the poker face and took Farhan upstairs?! 😕
"After tucking Farhan in bed, Asad turned around to leave. Zoya stood blocking the doorway." Isn't Farhan wet? Guess they have to wait for the towels to arrive!!
"eyes resolute but sad. To his dismay, that twinkle and mischievous sparkle was no longer there." Yes, Asad hates her tears! He will melt in front of her soon!
"Ho sakta hai mujh se door rehne ke liye aap ki koi nayi excuse ho?" That one sentence held a lot of Zoya's pent up pain! 👏 Loved it!!

Whoa, Zoya sure knows how to pack a punch! Is she going to soften a bit? Or has she really toughened up that much?! I think she has definitely matured but this is her anger speaking. It's basic human nature to retaliate in anger, especially when a loved one hurts you deeply! She's gonna break down soon!

His heart broke thinking Zoya has a family and he regretted giving her the gift 5 yrs ago. Glad that he finally made the association. Does he think Zoya is a willing partner in the illegal activities of Rashid Miya?! You used the word "swayed". So, he thinks she is involved but believes she is innocent and wants to rescue her?!
Ram Singh ki toh band bajayi Asad ne! Kuch jyada nahi hua? Bina chaanbin keeye Asad apne aape se bahar ho gaya. He sure lost control!! What will he do if he finds out that the driver is Rashid's bodyguard?! Tab toh banda gaya kaam se!
Glad Asad decided to go back home. Dilshad and Najma deserve to know he is alive!! Hope Najma tells him how Zoya sponsored Dilshad's treatment and everything that transpired after his "death" news! More waterworks in store for us!!
My wish for the next update is to have Asad call Zoya as Mrs. Khan and her to respond, "wish I was!" Of course, said and played out in a better and impactful way!!
When's the next update? So I can crawl back in my hole and then come out when it's time. Sorry I have been super busy last couple of days and didn't comment much! But for Faasle, mera bada wala comment!
Love your story and your writing!! Yes, there are a lot of good writers and there are a lot of creative folks on IF with great stories. But, it's rare to find a good mix of both!
