The way Vikram kept smiling was weird 😳 ...he does seem like he's going to turn out to be evil ... at first I thought maybe Billi sent him out of revenge for what Razia did (Tanveer looks like the type to be keeping an eye on what's going on in Razia's life) ... but then I thought, would Billi have enough time to do that? She was a little busy with finding her Pregnancy reports and planning Zoya's murder attempt number ___
