This is better than Zoya throwing water in Billi's face!!!!

Initially when Dilshad was telling the story i had been confused as that is the reason why we celebrate the other Eid - but when i saw Zoya appear on screen i had a tube light moment and must congratulate the CVs on how well they have tied in the reglious side, Zoya's predicament and eventually her decision.

And for all those who are upset that Zoya was choosing her dad - well who would you like Asad to choose between Dilshad and Zoya?
Once Asad finds out who Zoya's father is he will have to indirectly also make a choice whether to support Zoya in her decision to get to know her dad or not.

Vicky IMO Asad and his family is everything for Zoya now (especially Dilshad) so if she chooses her father she has more to loose than if she choose Asad who as you said is her destiny.

If i say that by choosing Asad over Ghaffur , Zoe will lose everything , what i mean by 'everything; is her dreams of bonding with her bloodline, of being embraced and loved by her father , her search for roots, 'family' home and all that symbolized Zoe of 23 years.Joining Asad forever would mean a new released woman who has released the past and has been reborn.

Dilshad quoted that when we are on the path of truth, the path will demand sacrifices sacrificing ourselves and our loved ones. The 'truth' and 'sacrifice' can be swung either way in the context of Asad and Ghaffur.

Asad will always choose Dilshad and he always has. If Zoe has the same melting point towards Ghaffur whose truth she doesn't know, she is in the same lines too. 😳

I think they wanted to show how desperate Zoya is to find her her father. That logic and priorities all become secondary.

Very well said. I don't think Zoya can be blamed for the decision which she took today initially ie choosing to know about her father. That was the sole purpose of her visit to India. But later, after the scene with Dilshad, she chose the path of truth and made the right decision. So she'll have to make a very tough choice in the future and she'll go through a lot of emotional conflict which today's incident foreshadowed.

If we love our parents, we will always go an extra mile for them and sacrifice a lot so that we can be with them.Zoe's love for her father turned selfish but Dilshad came as the voice of conscience and the Almighty and showed her the right path.

Yep. This can happen and perhaps will happen. Zoe may choose Ghaffur over Asad first , and after she goes through the journey of truth, she will do the right thing and go where her heart belongs - with Asad.

Anyways in all honesty am loving the episodes and he whole build up...to be honest if zoya was shown to be not thinking about her dad when she got reports ,i would have been disappointed..because if you see from start zoya has craved for her dad like anything..she took all the pains to come from usa till bhopal ,against her own appi to search for her abbu...and when only she learnt about his death (which was fake thing) she found peace but now when she knows her abbu is alive,her arch enemy knows who he is ...she is bound to slip,make mistake or you know just be selfish and insensitive...but you know when true humans are about to commit mistakes its the almighty which guides them..and this time it was through dilshaad and her talks about hazrat ibrahim she chose to take a decision...you know people are blaming her for insensitivity but dude she has loved her dad even before knowing asad and loving asad so she is obviously going to err...because thats human...but she knows if she chooses the easier path for her abbu she will never live in peace knowing the people who she now loves are being cheated and are living in distress...hence she choose the tougher path of being with asad and finding about her abbu herself(am sure she would after the whole lesson from dilshaad)

Thank you and no , your question is not lame at all.😃...Choosing Ghaffur over Asad will cost her Asad and that means her life. She may get a family ,a surname but she will be lost and unhappy as Asad will be taken away from her. If she chooses Asad over Ghaffur , she will lose everything that symbolized her pre-Asad - her 23 years of love for her missing father, the bloodline pull and the dreams she wove around her biological parentage.
