Ok, I didn't think of it coz usually I never even think of symbolisms but now that you mention it, I think it is a prediction of Asad n Zoya's father. I do think that he won't fault Zoya for it just like he doesn't hate/dislike or hold any bad feelings for Humera or Ayaan or any of the others. I think that's one of the best things about him. He never lets his feelings for one person affect his feelings for any other person related to tht person. It's a rare n very special quality. It might just be Zoya who'll be in a turmoil of what to do or even Asad's turmoil of whether he should tell her or not.

I loved that scene. It was much more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I didn't even think that he would mention her nishaani but it was surprisingly beautifully done.

I don't know why but I think Immi isn't Imran..it's just to throw us off..maybe there is another guy in Najma's life...OR it could be Imran--you never know! But I really think Gul wouldn't make Najma, Tanu, Nikhat and Imran track--that's a little too out there![/QUOTE

On a side notwe, I would like to add that today's episode on a whole was brilliant. AsYa aside, I loved the way Nikhat stood up for her abbu n then for herself too 👏. It was about damn time. It was great to see her speaking up n finally seeing Imran for what he is (a spineless weasel). That is also too polite for him 😡

Yes! I too love that about him! He's always been nice to the kids in that family! It's the adults that he has problems with for legit reasons! Asad will never hate/dislike/second guess his nikkah/or anything to do with Zoya just because she's Gaffaur's daughter!

Okay..you put it perfectly..they are married in their minds, hearts already! When Zoya was gone, Asad had already started imagining her next to him in the bed, at the dinner table, welcoming him when he comes home!!! she is already Asad's -- only legal papers/religious rituals away! He didn't even mind showing his six pack abs! He laid on the bed with her! He does even totally button up his shirts any more..shes no more a guest..shes family for him!!! They totally are one now!

I forwarded the other Khans as usual but my sister is saying the same thing so I am gonna watch the whole episode now! Sister is so proud of Nikhat..she insists, I must watch!

Annie (my sister) thinks that Rashid, Shireen, Ayaan have been quiet (I always wondered why no one speaks up) because of Nikhat's happiness and Nikhat has been FOR the nikkah because she believed that her Imran is with her..but today he apparently didn't stand up for Nikhat so Nikhat finally spoke.. Acha.. I am gonna watch Nikhat scene now! Annie keeps talking about the scene!
