I just didn't get the zest in the end, two exceptionally talented actors at dispense and this.
I said I didn't like the scene as it was one sided, why making Rashid a complete wimp? Is that what they want to show? He didn't have a word to offer to his crying son?? A father can never be this weak NEVER. But in Guls world a Best friend can cheat so maybe father can be too I believe.Originally posted by: ..Kirann..
When he asked for answer, he wasn't exactly asking for answers. He was just blaming Rashid and sharing his grief. Do you really think Asad would ask Rashid for answers when he hates him? IMO, Asad has hit such a low in his life that he had to go to the man he hates the most to share his grief partially because he knew he could share with him because Rashid has done the same and partially because he blames Rashid for his condition. Not because he wants to forget someone or move on with someone. He had all his emotions bottled up inside and finally he let it out. More than anything, that scene was to show how Asad's feeling which you badly wanted to know yesterday If I'm not mistaken. You gotta feel for the man when he had his head and shoulders hanging down in front of the man he always hated! That just shows you the extent of pain and his misery. That was the main essence of that scene. Not to get some answers!
& if you think Rashid should have said something then I'm sorry but what was he supposed to say? He himself lives a lifeless life. What answers is he supposed to give him?

I think Kiran said everything what I wanted to say..The only thing I wanted to comment that you said by choosing Tnaveer Asad is making one more Ayaan but remember by abandoning Tanveer and child he will create one more Asad which is worse..
Like I said, scene had no meaning really..Originally posted by: kankabhor
