So Asad asked Rashid question very valid how to live after failing your soul mate? How to get up everyday and live everyday, like nothing happened..
But he does he need answer to that question?
Rashid lived double life most of his life, living with one and craving for other. And him and Ayaan are living results of that coward life.
Now Asad want to know the answer so he can live his life and create another Ayaan. At least Ayaan had him as father figure what will this child have? Or he is thinking he will forget Zoya and love Tanveer later
Doesn't he know that child can sense the missing natural affection between parents from Ayaan, Ayaan got more than enough love from both Rashid and Shireen, but he never appreciated them as parents
I felt the whole scene was just to add drama, and with Rashid not even able comfort him or say a word, lost the meaning.
Really wanted a real two sided convo, where Rashid could show him some reality. No he is not happy the way he is living, its forced life, he die every moment when he think about them. The whole scene just died in the end for me😕

When he asked for answer, he wasn't exactly asking for answers. He was just blaming Rashid and sharing his grief. Do you really think Asad would ask Rashid for answers when he hates him? IMO, Asad has hit such a low in his life that he had to go to the man he hates the most to share his grief partially because he knew he could share with him because Rashid has done the same and partially because he blames Rashid for his condition. Not because he wants to forget someone or move on with someone. He had all his emotions bottled up inside and finally he let it out. More than anything, that scene was to show how Asad's feeling which you badly wanted to know yesterday If I'm not mistaken. You gotta feel for the man when he had his head and shoulders hanging down in front of the man he always hated! That just shows you the extent of pain and his misery. That was the main essence of that scene. Not to get some answers!

& if you think Rashid should have said something then I'm sorry but what was he supposed to say? He himself lives a lifeless life. What answers is he supposed to give him?

I just didn't get the zest in the end, two exceptionally talented actors at dispense and this.
Waqar is amazing actor, we saw the glimpses here and there whenever he was asked to. And Rashid want to be there for him, didn't he come at his marriage knowing he will be insulted, but why made him completely mute and helpless. Why???
No father can be helpless to see his child in such situation, they have something to offer..

I said I didn't like the scene as it was one sided, why making Rashid a complete wimp? Is that what they want to show? He didn't have a word to offer to his crying son?? A father can never be this weak NEVER. But in Guls world a Best friend can cheat so maybe father can be too I believe.
And yes Waqar is a brilliant actor, I want to see a real scene between two strong actors. Was waiting for it but didn't even satisfy me 50%. I can say what I feel or cant I?
As for yesterday as I said, Asad feelings we all know, they are not expressing well, we understand but not on screen. If I have to read people's analyses or wreck my brain for each feeling, then why should I bother to watch?
TV is medium to portray feelings to understand, like he can rationalize things well when Tannu is there but not when it concerns Zoya? He thought about Tannu before right moment but for Zoya he feels afterwards😕
I am angry at execution of scenes, why none of Tanveer scenes are cut by few minutes? She gloats for extra minutes everyday😡. How long should we overlook these?

Have been seeing for past month how miserable asad is. Can we move off that so the damn story moves. Tannu aur Jamie ki shaadi Krani hai to karao naa. Ek show kum hoyega yeh bekaar ka Rona dhona to mat khicho.

Like I said, scene had no meaning really..
With no real talk between two, it was meaningless.
