"Really" it was ayaan, he was shocked, really shocked...the first thing nikhat and najma did after disconnecting the call with Zoya was to go and find the boys to break the news to them but Only ayaan was at home that time "I can't believe you guyz, I am sure there is some misunderstanding" he continued "no ayaan, there is no misunderstanding, it's the truth, Zoya is here in Bhopal and we had just talked to her, she will in fact attend the engagement party tonight " najma told him
"Zoya?" The trio turned towards the owner of the voice, it was humaira ayaan and nikhat's younger sister "Baji who is this Zoya?" Humaira asked them while nikhat shook her head replying "you don't know her humzi" "that's why I am asking Baji, who is humaira and why is bhaijan so shocked to know about her " she kept on questioning "Zoya is our very old friend humzi, a very great and intelligent friend" najma told her with a sad smile
"Then why do you seem upset after knowing about her and where did you guys meet her...I have never heard about her before" "that's because she left us all 5 years back without telling anyone and now she is back so we are happy and surprised" "oh she was also your childhood friend like Imran Bhai and Asad Bhai?" Humaira asked "no humzi, you ask a lot of question" ayaan scolded her lightly but she didn't care she wanted to know about this person she wasn't aware about "we met her in university on our very first day and we all just clicked and then there was no looking back she became a very essential part of our group..."
"how did you all meet her?" Humaira asked excitedly and ayaan glared at her annoyed "you are the most annoying sister anyone can get humaira" ayaan stated while najma hit him lightly on his arm, "shut up ayaan, let me tell you about our first meeting humzi"
*FLASHBACK*
It was first day of university, Asad and group on there way to their first class of the day, while walking in the corridor Asad noticed a girl who passed by their side as she winked at him with a flirty smile, he was surprised and turned to look at the girl again when he bumped into another girl, both of them fell on the floor with Asad on top, the other four were shocked to see this as the girl kept glaring at asad as she tried to get up but Asad was completely lost in her unaware about the surrounding not realising that he had bound her and she was unable because of him lying on top of her
Ayaan was the first one to react as he chuckled loudly on their position followed by silent laughs from the trio, ayaan bent down and tapped Asad's shoulder bringing him out of his lalaland, Asad looked around at the laughable faces of his friends and then at the girl beneath him, she was glaring at him as if she would murder him with her eyes but his reaction got the best of him and he faked anger to come out of their radar "are you blind or what miss" he accused her while freeing her from his grip and getting up
This made her more angry "excuse me , you are the one who is at fault here, you were not looking ahead and you should be saying sorry to me but here you are blaming me" she retort back but without waiting for him to say anything she picked up her books and left from there
Asad was at loss of words, he wanted to be angry but he was not while the other four thought that he was angry and tried to calm him down and with that they too made their way to class, they all settled in the front and Waited for the lecture to begin, the same girl entered in their classroom and just after her was their professor
"Good Morning Class, I am your Economics Teacher MK Sharma, I will be taking your morning class and..." he stopped his introduction as soon as he noticed that same girl standing by the door "your name miss?" He asked pointing towards her "Zoya Farouqi sir" she replied "okay Miss Zoya why are you still standing?" She hesitated "actually sir I was looking for a seat to settle down" MK nodded and looked around and pointed to the corner of the front row just beside Asad "There go and sit there"
She nodded and made her way there but Asad could noticed her sharp expressions as she made her way towards him and settled down, the introduction began and almost all the students belonged to the upper class, it was time to end the introduction and the last student was Zoya
"Hello sir, I am Zoya farouqi, I have got full scholarship to study in this university" she told him while the teacher was surprised "so you are the only scholarship student we have in this batch, your parents must be proud of you" Zoya smiled widely at his compliment and sat back on her seat "anyways class with the introduction the class ends here, we will start proper lectures from tomorrow goodbye" he told them all left
Nikhat was the first to go and congratulate Zoya "wow full scholarship, MashaAllah Congratulations " she said and Zoya smiled "thank you" "by the way I am nikhat" she forwarded her hand for a handshake " I am Zoya" she shook her hand they both smiled as the other joined them "hi am najma" najma introduced herself "and this is ayaan, Imran and it's my bhaijan Asad" Zoya smiled at them "hello everyone and yes I am sorry for my rude behaviour earlier, it was just that I was unable to find my class and then you know we all got late because of that so ..." she said and finally Asad too smiled "not bad" he mumbled only for ayaan to hear and he chuckled "so Zoya friends?" Ayaan asked her and nodded "of course friends" she smiled
Flashback ends
"Although Asad and ayaan were supposed to be our seniors but they had to skip an year before university and so we all joined the university together and met Zoya and in no time she became a very important part of our group" nikhat said a with wet eyes remembering that beautiful time they spent with Zoya
"Bhaijan loved her so much, he even fought with Abu for her and still he was left with nothing, I still can't believe Zoya left us all like that" najma sighed while it shocked humaira "you mean to say Asad Bhai fought with Rashid uncle, I have never even heard him say a no to him over anything " humaira exclaimed shocked
"Yes he would never even argue with Abu but for Zoya he did, Abu always wanted Asad Bhai to marry his business partner's daughter tanveer but bhaijan loved Zoya, so he never agreed to it and it has a became a reason for bhaijan to say no to Abu whenever he bring this topic up" najma told her "did he love her a lot?" "Yes a lot and he still do, I am his sister and I can see the pain of my brother" "when did he never tell this to her?" "He was scared that she will leave him if she didn't love him and he would lose his friend too but we all knew she loved him too we always pushed him to confess and he finally did but before he could tell her she left..." ayaan said

nikhat:-darta tha, lakin jab batane ki koshish to zoya najana kaha chale gaye

ayaan:-wo jab humara university mai last day tha jab results announce hue to zoya ne top kiya tha or isiliye humne sab ne uske liye ek party arrange ki asad k ghar, or asad na decide kiya k wo zoya ko uske feelings k bara mai batadaiga lakin zoya to kabhe ae he nahe.
humaira:-kyun nahe ayen.
nikhat:-kyun k wo chale gaye, huma bina bataye or aj 5 saal baad humne usse bat ki.
humaira:-kya asad bhaijan ko pata hai k wo aj raat sagai mai ayenge?
najma:-nahe...lakin hum unhe bata dainga.
humaira:-mai bhe chalun...please
ayaan:-acha chalo

asad:-bht khubsurat, jab wo chalte the to uska wo lamba sa dupatta mere chehra ko chukar jata tha, sharmana to ata he nahe tha usse, har baat mai apne shayre sunana...humesha sub ko khush rakhna...
