There will be no engagement period. If Asad thinks Tanveer's baby is his he will marry Tannu immediately. There won't be any preparations for marriage etc. Also, I doubt the wedding will be a nikaah...it's more likely to be a civil ceremony.

Technically, if Asad still believes Tanveer post factory scene no one can help him. There is no way to prove that Tanveer is carrying some other man's baby while its still in her womb. So, if Asad has to survive this attempt he better start thinking for himself. You can't help someone who is constantly screwing themselves over.

Also I know I keep asking this everywhere but no one replies 😆 Why does billo feel the need to play the Ghafoor card? Amrapali said it's her 'second attempt to separate Asad and Zoya' so the first time didn't work? What was the first time anyway, there've been like a billion attempts thus far 😆

A civil ceremony is not guided by religion. People of any caste, religion, faith can get married under it and it is very much legal. Tanveer can't get married under the Muslim Marriage Act but she definitely can get married via registry.

She will only play that card if she has lost badly. I am guessing her little pregnancy card failed and backfired. So now she's out to destroy AsYa with this new little tidbit.
