Well, thinking practically billi has other things to do also!! The fact that she's preggo coz of Imraan should come out, which effects Nikhat's life..Also, Billi knows about Zoya's father..may be she'll bring it out. And till all this crap is completed, hamein iss billi ko jhelna hoga😒
