Lash-out-or-calm-down...I can't quite decide!

So.

Today's episode was disgusting.

What was even more disgusting was the pre-cap.

But.

There are a few MAJOR points that need to be brought out…

1. How can you leave the groom alone on his wedding day? Isn't it tradition for the groom to be accompanied by atleast a family member? Last time I checked, Tanveer was only a childhood friend, not family.

2. How can Mr.Asad Ahmed Khan run behind Tannu, without informing anyone whatsoever? Isn't he the one who talks about 'tameez' and 'tehzeeb'?
Nothing, absolutely nothing, can justify leaving your bride stranded at the altar, with absolutely no idea about why you're delayed, or where you are.

3. How can the same sharp, smart Asad Ahmed Khan buy that his nikaah to Zoya has actually taken place (and let Tannu make him shirtless) when he actually knows he ran behind his best friend Tanveer, instead of going to his own nikaah?
Plot hole, I call it.

Forget and forgive all that.
And, let's say the whole staged-consummation thing is plausible.

Then.

This is how I see it…

There are a few possibilities.

1. Zoya trusts him despite this, as she sees through Tannu's plot.

a. Asad believes himself innocent too. Happy ending. Tannu out-of-picture. AsYa happy. Viewers happy.

b. Asad also believes himself innocent. Marries Zoya. But. Tannu comes back later saying that she had Asad's kid. And, all the hullabaloo that follows.

c. Asad believes himself guilty, but doesn't marry Tannu right away. Zoya might work on proving his innocence. (Why should she though??) Possible happy ending, in distant future.

d. Asad believes himself guilty marries Tannu. The End of QH, for me

(atleast till someone comes and proves that nothing happened to Asad, and he gives Tannu a slap, and Talaq. Then what??)

2. Zoya doesn't trust him, see's it as his betrayal.

a. Asad proves he is innocent. Zoya buys it. Happy married life.

b. Asad thinks he's innocent, convinces her. But Tannu says she's preggers with his kid. Then what?

c. Asad believes himself guilty. Tannu takes FULL advantage. The End of QH, again.

Only two are completely safe possibilities too.

Not much hope.

But then again...

Only 2 out of 7 are completely hopeless possibilities.

Impasse. I'd say.

But.

At the end of the day, the outcome depends only on Asad and Zoya. And their trust on each other, their understanding of each other.

I'm still hoping that the precap is falsified. Just as last night's was.

By the way.

Gul… The whole falsified precap thing probably got the TRPs you were looking for, but that was uncalled for.

The story was awesome, some of us choose to see hope even in such a scenario, but not all will.

Lots of people would have stopped watching, or given up on the show, without considering the possibilities as a few of us are. They can't be blamed.

I myself am gonna watch which line the story is gonna take, and then decide if this is a ship worth sinking with or not.

I watched Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon through till it's end. The fact that I'm gonna watch Qubool Hai for a little longer will have to be credited to the fact that you had me hook, line and sinker into IPKKND, even through the downright depressing portions (except at the end) and I think you will weave the story around this, or weave this into the story… I'm fervently hoping so.

Completely agree😭 Zoya does trust Asad but she does not expect him to break that by at least his stupidity. Asad will feel guilty but point is how do you redeem him? Did Zoya deserve this when she was heartily looking forward for the nikaah and wanted all rituals to be done as per the rule. Then why did Asad stay alone at home and not go with his Mom or brother? He invited the muck🤢. What is irking the viewers is the disgusting level to which Tanveer stooped and the way it was shown. Hurting Zoya and breaking her trust does not make sense. THe story was beautiful and had potential for better tracks.

I love your take on the episode. Where you being a Quboolian are outraged, but you are also looking into the possibilies and are not completely seeing JUST the negative side.

I think for Asad, he saw his best friend being kidnapped and he ran after her, being the selfess friend. But I would've appreciated had he handled the matter to the police rather than you know going around being the hero everytime.

Anyway. I for one am damn sure this is staged. Tanveer wants a man to be the father of her child, already in her womb. For that, she wants to break AsYa,

She knows Zoya knows everything about her now except the fact that she's pregnant. So here, she uses it. She stages a comsummation, where Asad might call off the wedding for being guilty and/or Zoya is angered by Asad and leaves.

But Zoya already was told this would happen. Tanveer and Zoya's faceoff clearly mentioned this would happen. So, Zoya would know this is done by Tanveer. Spontaneous reaction by seeing the man she loves has slept with someone else is what is in the precap. I believe once in Ajmer, Asad and Zoya's confrontation will show Zoya mad at Asad because he never believed her and took her lightly.

Being a die hard IPKKND fan, I know no matter how in 266367279 ways Gul can destroy a perfect show, this is not one of those. She handled the Shyaam fiasco well. She got Khushi and Shyaam engaged, but she knew that was the fine line. The limit of what the viewers can take. And then, she stopped. Arnav howeverr got to know about him much later.

But the biggest rock is already thrown in the pool by Gul for Qubool Hai. So i believe she will not take this overboard. No matter what a bad taste she has left for us by this episode, she knows this is THE limit.

Will she go the EK route and get Asad married to our dear Tanveer? seriously doubt it! definitely not after spending so much on Asya wedding rasams😊
Will Asad be totally confused tomorrow? and guilty? YES
Will Zoya believe Asad to be innocent? Yes, after her initial grief, anger, and disappointment...
Will Tanveer be exposed soon? Yes. If she is not exposed, then Asad has to believe he slept with her and marry her...and that pretty much ends the Asya story for now...and I don't think Gul will do a hardcore EK track...
Will Asya fall into each other's arms in Ajmer and walk off happily into the sunset? nope, not that easy...
