I have said this many times. What is Islamic and Muslim to you (general you) is not necessarily what is believed by the general population of Muslims.

I have many Muslim friends who wear skirts, shorts, bikinis, dresses and jeans. It does not mean they are disrespecting their religion or culture. They still pray, they still fast and more importantly they are good people.

If god exists he isn't going to question you on what you were wearing. His concern will be if you were a kind, truthful and a good person.

Just my opinion. :)

u might think that my behaviour is rude, bt if its rude then ok im rude... bt seriously is this a muslim show..?? Firstly being a muslim 1 should not wear short skirts n zoya was mearing a really short skirt... It is sounding me as if sumbody is ruining my religion... Jeans which zoya is used to wear seems ok, because no part of her body is naked... But showing her wearing skirts is not digestable... Being a muslim a person may live anywhere, but that tehzeeb should be with you... Every type of dressing they are used to wear that means that the every person living there should wear that type of dresses asad is right in calling them rumal type...
I know many of u might be wearing jeans n tops, whdther u r a muslim or non muslim, but tell me honestly will u be satisfied n comfortable wearing that short dresses... If ans is yes then may that will be 2 out of 2000 people..
This just my POV.. If u disagree all criticisms r welcum bt in a decent way... 😉

It is only the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent that has an issue with "short" dresses.

Allah/Christ/or any Hindu God didn't say these things matter. People who interpreted the religion to suit them did. God doesn't care about how you dress.

But it's going to be pointless arguing religion with you so I will leave it at this.

⭐️Beautifully said. Religion cannot be demeaned by clothes or a practice. The teachings and principles once inculcated in our actions is what makes the religion. The actions must come true from the heart and thats when we are truly abiding by the teachings and not by mere ourwardly farce. It is what inside you-your actions, your values, your deeds, kindness, morality, integrity, and above of humanity thats what matters.
SHows, stories and movies partake many liberties and somewhere they do refect the need for changing times and perspectives.
