thas because trust needs time to grow...he is in love wid zoya but trust wud grow slowly...whereas he know tannu since child hood and thinks her as his best frnd...its not practically prossible to treat them equal

I think those who criticize Billi and Asads relationship understands Asads POV to an extent but still bash because of the absurdity of it.
Yes it is absurd and No I am no teenager with raging hormone. Neither do I belong to any fanclub of the actors as I hardly knew any of them before QH.
Let me explain. I mostly agree with whatever you said but you know what it's easier to write your viewes and understand something without being in that condition yourself.
How many of us choose friendship over love? How many of us woukd care for a friend 24/7 when our partners are clearly not comfortable with it?
Now here I am not talking about crush wala love since the creatives are trying to establish a soulmate type love here.
Anyway who has time nowadays to nurse their childhood friends 24/7. Asad is a businessman right. He hired a nurse for his mom when she came back from the hospital , but chose to care for That Billi himself? Is that even normal? Does that mean he cares for Billi more than his mom? Certainly lot but creatives forgot this simple theory just to create an OTT friendship which will create drama elements later.
Asad doesn't trust Zoya yet and I agree. I don't think trust comes with love but with time. In that way he had known Tanveer way more than Zoya. Not literally though since it was established that he is meeting her after few decades around 17 years to be exact. Now if we go by the theory can anyone trust a childhood friend soo much whom he is meeting after soo long? No we can't. We can be nostalgic, kind, concerned but blind faith ? Never.
If they were together all their life being best friends to each other , living in close proximity then it could have been possible. But in the given scenario of Asad and Tanveer it's impossible and no even keeping in touch through phone calls or letter doesn't make one trust another blindly. It's just OTT , practically a big blooper by the creatives. Hence I can't justify Asad here.
Now lets see it from Asads POV. Shall we? He feels his dad cheated on his mom and his childhood was troubled . Hence he has trust issues. Yes. Possible. Very much possible. Lets not talk about the love angle here because it looks like Asad has already crossed the bridge when he decided to confess to her about his love. He is ready to love now and take the plunge although cant confess because of his nature. That's ok. Happens. If he has trust issues then based on that issue blind Trust on Tanveer is not possible too as I said they were not together for long. People with trust issues don't trust anybody blindly like Asad does. Forget friend, they don't even trust their own parents or partners to an extent. So it's definitely nullifying Asads trust issue problem as far as his relationship with Tanveer is concerned. It has nothing to do with his past experience.
Asad has problem when Zoya is alone with Tanveer and he behaves as if Zoya might harm of hurt Tanveer. Where does that come from? Did Zoya so far ever hurt or harm anyone and which past experience of him taught him to do this to his would be wife. Does he consider Tanveer even more precious compared to Zoya? No. Right? Doesn't he notice the hurt he causes Zoya by doing this? Yes. Right? But he still does. Why?
Is Tanveer is much more than Zoya to him? No . Right? He is just doing his job of protecting her but then why soo possessive over her that he can go to the extreme of hurting the woman he claims to love? Odd. Isn't it?
So yes I can't or won't justify Asad since the creatives are themselves confused over their creation. They changed Asads character just to create drama elements or most probably a redemption phase. They are unable to maintain the character of Asad because either the creatives got changed in the middle and the new ones never bothered to watch the old episodes , OR the creatives lost track of their own show since they juggle with many of them.
I hope I didn't offend anyone. Just my POV.
Btw forgive my spelling mistakes since I mostly type from my iPhone or pad and trust me they have a mind of their own. It's a big pain to type something so lengthy on them.
