However, you have to realize much of this is for publicity. Hollywood in the old days had actors do this in order to make the fantasy world real. Once the lights were off and the make removed, the actors returned to their normal lives. In this case Karan goes home to Jennifer and Surbhi to her home and friends, like Neha and Ketki.

The Surbhi haters are just unable to differentiate reality from reel life. And some get so confused they start making hate posts and targeting other fans.

As for focus on the forum; the biasedness stems from the fact that Karan has more fans and hence gets more attention. You cannot change it so there will be more posts on him.
