I realized I forgot to talk about RAY and I feel awful! He knows Zoya so well. He's her villan, her hero and her best friend all wrapped in one... it's too good. I repeat, what I would give to have a friend like him. I loved his silly antics at the beginning when Zoya came home... and loved how how he was simply trying to cheer her up and KNEW that she had talked to him.. granted he heard them, but still. He knows the effect that have on each other. And I loved how he noticed Asad looking at Zoya one last time before leaving the apartment, somewhat defeated. He knows Zoya's words will hurt Asad, but he also knows that after all she's been through, he needs that. He needs to understand how all those things made her feel.

And I also forgot to mention, I LOVED your use of the flashbacks.. it added a reality to his reliving those horrendous moments even more. It was just... too good.

I looove how Zoya is maintaining her resolve in front of him and isn't letting him see her vulnerable side. Despite that you showed how strong their attraction still is as she could sense his intense gaze. Now I know I've said I love Zoya and Ray's friendship but oh my god do I love them or what. Zoya knew how he would react to Asad talking to her and she didn't want him disable by the end of the night, exemplifying her understanding of her best friend and her care for her lover. NOW RAY IS DA BOMB. LOL. I didn't know they were so violent lol.. And all for food! But I could totally relate. If my best friend messed with my food, shit is going to go down! Hehee :D Ray is sooo funny with his Megan picture and trying to save his izzat. LOOOVED that scene!

I must admit I was a tiny bit upset when she brought him coffee because that's hers and Asad's thing but the heartfelt conversation between them made it all better, I promise! Ever line of Zoya's felt so true to her character and was so heartfelt I could understand her turmoil even though I'm not in any kind of situation like hers. She redetermined her love, but also what she expects in a relationship and what made me really happy with intense feels was that she can't love anyone else.

Ray knows her so well, he understood her pain and instead of talking to her about it, he tried to cheer her up. Perfect relationship Man. When I read about Zoya bb crying and suffering, I just have one thing to say- LET THE ASAD GROVELING BEGIN.

Me and Ray have similar thoughts :D I too wanted him to go and save Zoya but then I realized that it was necessary for Asad to realize how much he needs to fight for her (my last comment is making me feel like a genius LOL)

I absolutely love how Ray is the villain in their love story but its all a part of his Cupid plan!

Yay another LOL scene- Ray is too funny!
