What did Asad say yesterday, "Zoya, yeh hamari nayi zindagi ki shuruat hogi?" I am glad these thoughts got buried in the fire.

Yes, Asad has changed because of Zoya but is this change enough to start a new life with the woman he claims to be in love with?

There is no doubt about the depth of his feelings for Zoya, but are they enough to sustain a lifelong commitment of marriage? What about unconditional acceptance? Trust? Respect? As we can see on the new montage, Asad and Zoya are together but with their backs to each other. Does that mean they will be together but still not see eye to eye with each other? Does it also mean that despite being in a relationship (assuming the nikaah happens), there would have been no confession of feelings?

Ideally, before the nikaah, I would have preferred a time out for the couple but if the creatives are going ahead with the nikaah, I am glad there would be no confession yet. Asad has a long way to go before he can accept Zoya unconditionally, trust her and give her the respect a spouse needs.

I have a theory on why Asad played the blame game on Zoya again. When Tanveer ran towards them, it took Asad a while to register what was going on. He didn't run towards her right away as his mind and heart were focused on Zoya and his confession speech. I think he feels guilty that he couldn't prevent this accident because he had been selfish enough to leave the party so he could talk to Zoya. Minutes ago, he had promised Tanveer that he wanted her to be under his supervision 24/7. He had faltered as a friend and that's why the guilt was manifold than it should have been.

Asad needs to realize that even though he considers Zoya a part of his own identity, she is a separate person and an individual who deserves to be treated with respect and trust. He cannot transfer his own feelings of guilt on her.

Zoya, why do you have to be so nice? Lately, you have had some reservations about Tanveer. Even today, you were shocked to see her chit chatting with the doctor happily despite her so called doctor phobia. Why didn't you bring this up? Granted, AAK wouldn't have listened to you. Couldn't you address this with Dilshaad? Why do you have to be extra nice to Tanveer, serve her juice, call her your friend? Are you trying to win Asad's trust this way? Where is your independent thinking gone girl? Is it jealousy? Is it insecurity? Sometimes I wonder if Dilshaad and Najma were not a part of Asad's family, would Zoya still want to be with Asad? I wonder if her need to feel belonged and be a part of a loving family with an ammi, sister and a father figure (Asad) confounds her thinking process.

Asad recalls every detail of his time spent with Zoya, but forgot her narration of the fire incident? He recalls that Tanveer loves fried fish but why didn't he address her fear of doctors today? Granted, he thought she was unconscious, but he could have addressed it with the doctor or later with Tanu. I guess these are all writing bloopers or Asad just has selective memory.

Nikhat-Haseena and Dilshaad-Zoya: What a contrast when it comes to saas-bahu relationhip. I am glad the PH highlighted both aspects.

Precap: Thank God for Aapi. Asad does seem to respect her more than he respects Zoya. After aapi narrates Zoya's traumatic past, we all know how bad he is going to feel. This time, I really don't want Zoya to forgive him. Please give him a cold shoulder and let him run around you like a puppy wagging his tail.

Will Zoya find Tanveer without her lens? I would say the chances are 0.000001%! After all, this is an Indian serial.

Wish list

1. Zoya give him a cold shoulder
2. Zoya become a little nasty
3. Zoya become Bond girl again

Dilshaad, Aapi and most of the QH fandom are with you Zoya….give Mr. Khan a hard time. Let him earn your love and stop being so insecure. If he is yours, let him go to his Tanu, lick her wounds and come back begging for redemption.

Every word was spot on. Absolutely liked what you wrote. It is time Zoya acted a little pricey this time around. She has to turn her back to Asad this time. One of my favorite in the wishlist now.

Why didn't he raise the topic about her issues facing the doctors, at least in private.

Or is he playing along with Tanveer to catch her red-handed and that is the reason he is acting cold with Zoya so that Zoya stays out of danger-that is away from Tanveer?

I cannot accept the fact that Asad forgot that important sensitive issue about Zoya and behaved rude to her. It does not sit well with his character. CVs cooking something else to surprise us?

Perfect post. All my feelings. I am very disappointed with Asad that he does not remember such an important thing of Zoya but remembers all possible stupid things if tanu. If its CVs blooper, then they messed up. Zoya should give a very hard time this time, at least for half a day ( which is 3-4 episodes lol).

I hope its that the CV's messed up the script with what Asad said. It just didnt make sense that he would forget something big as her being afraid of fire.

Yeah. You are right there. Why would he be so remorseful? Hmmm... Shall I still think that he felt the pain afresh for hurting Zoya when Appi narrated the reason for Zoya's fear ? I am not willing to lett go haan ? 😆 Don't want to take Asad as such a jerk 😭

I was very disappointed with today's episode. Is being selfless the same as being without self respect?
That is where I have the problem with Zoya. She is shown as a strong person but at the same time, how much can she be ignored, emotionally abused by Asad? Is being in love makes you so forgiving? If yes, either none of the married couple love each other or there shouldn't be any kind of fighting at all. I think I am losing interest in this show.

Just venting, sorry if I spoiled the flow of this thread.
