bakwaas moves. please explain!

i'm confused 😕 . tanveer is doing all this so that she can get a father (asad) for her baby right? someone who's status would make raziya eat her words. BUT what baffles me is this...With all these bakwaas plans, it seems as though she'll make asad d dad of a dead baby 🤢 . Wouldn't her baby be dead by then.
She cuts herself and looses blood. She sets herself on fire and then falls FLAT on her stomach! She doing all this for her baby and in d process killing her baby...

explanations anyone?

She's lost her mind that is what is happening. Because of her desperation she isn't even considering the health of her baby. Remember she even got angry at the doctor who called her reminding her that she needed to go to her appointments so the baby and her could get checked out. I really don't think Tanveer even cares for her own child. Whether she has one or not her main goal is to get Asad and use his power, money, and influence to ruin Raiza.

As Tannu is a superwoman,the baby is a superbaby.Nothing will happen to her/him.
