She is Zoya's Apa i.e. her elder sister.
Actually Zoya was adopted by some friend of her mom who raised her in US. Her adopted mom's daughter is the one who later on took care of her. She has returned from US after seing the engagement pics on fb. Shes mad at Zoya that Zoya did not even bothered to tell her elder sister about engagement and marriage!
