The best way to respond to school nonsense is o respond in a dignified manner to people who have been respectful and just ignore and ban the rude posters. They shouldn't have lashe out being professionals.

Pri, the problem is that 4Lions has been facing all the abuse and bashing since Geet days. 😆... they are interactive with their fans because they want to know how the fandom works - they even try to keep patience but you just have to see the kind of mudslinging some fans do on them - cursing , calling names and what not. After a point , everybody gets riled up. Its not right but we have to also see where they are coming from.

I actually agree to what Laila Dii actually said.
With due respect cause i too handle and manage one of the biggest and the active most pages of QH in Facebook.

As page admins you project out the show to the people. YOU CANNOT BE RUDE to your page followers. Marketing policy number 1#

But then I really second to the fact what the forum people are really feeling cause its really terrible. REALLY REALLY REALLY TERRIBLE. People have forgotten to be civil and swears are seriously disturbing. But as a responsible ADMIN and a QHian i do feel, you should be CIVIL not rude. NO MATTER WHAT.

But especially NOW the fans they are just over the top.
The forum page is over loaded with phangurls who actually are very rude. Very very very rude. And i am so very sure that this message is to them who need to be in their limits.

Spamming is good, but then in a limit.

Trust me, no one knows what i and Kriti have been going through in my respective QH fandom pages, its totally shiity feeling, and pukish. Assurance doesn't work.

A little warning in a rude tone sometimes is a good tonic which those phangurls really needed.

ps. At the end those pages are just for marketting the show. They very well know how to handle them there's actually no need to bring WEST or EAST cause TAHMEEZ aur TEHZEEB dil mein hoti hai, kapado mein yaa phir west mein nahi 😆

Fans should show their limits?😲

🤣🤣

O come of it people. Unless a fan is stalking a star and threatening them - literally, fans are free to express themselves how they want. If they are using foul language or being rude to other members - not OK, but still that type of response was uncalled for . But seriously, fans are only riled up over one issue and are simply seeking some reassurance and it does not kill Forum32 or the Production House give to them. No reason for them to be so rude about it.

if they think that fan are getting on their nerves ..THAN DEAL WITH THEM ..but do they require to sound so rude..
NO!! absolutely not..
if they cant handle their fans please hire a PR firm .. or close the site!!

I don't think there is anything wrong in what they said - even though i agree that their words could have been calmer. But its the right thing to do - make use of the TV remote if something does not work for you.

They are still weaving the story - and to get all this pressure and bashing at this point can rile up anyone.

Exactly, just because they cater to us does not allow us to walk all over them and give them no respect. Its always give and take in both relations. Their reaction has come like this only because they were spoken to extremely rudely, accused of being biased and so on. Had that not happened I am sure they wouldn't have felt the need to put up a note.

They make a show, work so hard, interact with their fans most of the times, read every suggestion. Tell me one other PH that does so, but majority never appreciates that, but whenever there are complains and demands, no one waits to give it a thought before ranting it away on their site. They have a right to feel bad about it too.

The viewer has the right to criticize, suggest and demand, but name calling/bashing and insulting is really not how you do it. Their response to the ill mannered behavior there is extremely decent and totally called for.

Ankita, the major reason most of the PHs do not interact with fans is this - they fear their fanaticism and how in the long run that can prove unhealthy for the show. And the highlighted portion of your response says it all. 😃

I know. I guess having lived in the west and NEVER seen rudeness from a production company or channel from any country i have lived in, i am astounded. And that so many people here are in agreement with the PH completely knocked my socks off! Totally baffled by it.

I've been on forums for American and British shows and they get it down right nasty but they do not allow profanity and rudeness to other member - still the rules are quite relaxed. Ever gone on the forums for www.imdb.com? If I was an actor, director, writer etc, I'd have to be super thick skinned because fans there are hard.

well dear all fingers are not same..
right?
there are fans who express their feeling in suttle way there are fans who does opposite.!
but they should maINtain professionalism atleast..

if you dont want something to happen say it to them in tough but NOT IN rude way..
but the way they speak to their fans its just not good

and trust me its not the first time we are getting such rude reply from them..

THEY JUST NEED A GOOD PR FIRM TO REPRESENT THEIR PH..
